They lock the entrance well before closing and also close the donation drive thru extremely early. Also seems like they never pickup the phone. Rather donate to Good Will since they make the process much easier.

Really hate that they organize by color. You just have to pick a color to look thru or look thru everything. Its not by size ether they are all mixed together.Sizes are very limited too I mainly saw size 12 in the men's jeans.

Please stop using staples for tags! It ruins the clothes with holes.

This place has gone downhill, largely due to the unprofessional attitude and behavior of the staff, namely the manager Stephanie. She is rude to customers, she is entitled, she has no manners whatsoever. She ignores customers while she chats and laughs with other employees. She let the line get almost out the door before she started helping the check out line. She is incompetent at her job and is unsuitable for any line of work that is customer facing because of her attitude and demeanor.

Best day to go for clothing is on Wednesdays when all clothes are half off. Sometimes the lines can be long because they are short on cashiers. I think they need to do better in that area. The price of some furnishings is kind of outrageous for a second hand store. But all in all you get what you pay for.

I love this place❗️?? I've found some of the best merchandise much better than brand newstuff ; jewelry, formal dresses, furniture and much more. It's always a joy and excitement to visit, most staff are good and kind ????It is well organized.

Well run outlet of the Salvation Army. Prices seem a tad higher here than in other stores, but there is an excellent selection of furniture and clothing. Easy-to-access location with an ample amount of parking. They will also accept donations at this location. Only negative item: There is a hard and fast policy in place where if there is no price tag on the merchandise, it will not be sold to you. Be sure to check that what you plan to buy has a tag, or you're SOL.

I wish I could give a negative. One star is too much. This place is a rip off. I was overcharged. They gave me a handwritten credit for $55. When I attempted to use the credit I wad told no. They said that I could not usevit on a discount day. I was overcharged on a discount day. So I would have to pay double to use the credit. That is not a credit. I have spent $200 a week there as a resller. Never again!

What a waste of time. I tried to donate a slightly used sofa but i was told it has a stain so they couldn't accept it. The sofa is a microfiber sofa so the veey small stain could easily be cleaned but they said it had to be in new condition. So thrift store only wants new items.

All clothing and accessories are 1/2 off on Wednesdays!!! A perfect way to clothe the whole family! We've had the honor of having Ms. Cindy take care of us on several occasions. She's always at the register with a smile. Thank you Ms. Cindy!!
