Windshield was replaced, had to have the tech come back out because the windshield wipers were not put back on correctly. After being corrected they came loose during a rainstorm, so I went back to the car dealer who fixed them quickly (and for free). Was as easy as tightening the nut that holds the wiper on. Though that could have resulted in a nasty accident.Fast forward a month there is noise coming from the hvac blower. So I take it in to the dealership and they kindly let me know that the windshield trim wasn't replaced properly so leaves got into the flywheel as well as rubber from the windshield surround. They fixed the issue and charged me $565.13.This review will be changed when that amount is refunded by Safelite. I have already brought this to their attention.8/2024 Nope, you don't get to talk about your warranty. Safelite had the opportunity to make it right. And it was done incorrectly, again. Now you get the opportunity to pay for what someone else had to fix correctly.MAKE IT RIGHT SAFELITE

I turned to Safelite AutoGlass after the third freeway rock strike completely damaged my car's windshield, because both my car insurance and car dealership recommended them. Safelite AutoGlass replaced and recalibrated the windshield sensors in 3 hours which gave me enough time to have a good seat down lunch. Safelite AutoGlass staff and technicians are very professional they kept me informed of the stage where my car windshield was at.

Delivery technician did not go to the correct address, causing me to reschedule for installation at the shop the next day which I had to take off work to do. Overall pretty bad service, but the windshield was replaced in a timely manner once they got working on it. I would not recommend safelite.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Safelite AutoGlass, and my overall impression was far from satisfactory. The issues I encountered primarily revolved around poor customer service and a shocking lack of payment options. From the outset, communication was a challenge. It took an inordinate amount of time to reach a customer service representative, and when I finally did, the experience left much to be desired. The representative seemed disinterested and failed to provide clear and concise information regarding the status of my auto glass replacement. I found myself having to repeatedly follow up, adding unnecessary frustration to an already inconvenient situation this has been going on for the last 10 days. One of the most frustrating aspects of my interaction with Safelite was the limited range of payment options. In an era where convenience and flexibility are paramount, Safelite falls short by not offering any method of online payment. Moreover, the lack of training regarding payment options was evident from the start. This information should have been communicated clearly during the initial scheduling process. Instead, I was blindsided by the limited choices upon completion of the service. This lack of disclosure only added to the frustration and inconvenience of the overall experience. In addition to these issues, the quality of the customer service was subpar. The representatives I interacted with lacked empathy and failed to acknowledge the inconvenience I was experiencing. It's disheartening to receive such lackluster service, especially when dealing with a service that is supposed to alleviate the stress of vehicle repairs. This experience with Safelite AutoGlass was marred by poor customer service and a lack of payment options, especially in this age of modern technology. I expected a more customer-centric approach from a company of Safelite's stature, but unfortunately, this encounter left me questioning their commitment to customer satisfaction. I strongly urge Safelite to address these issues promptly to enhance the overall customer experience and bring their services up to the standards one would reasonably expect.

Booking my appointment was easy with text reminders. Carlos and the staff were kind, helpful and open to answering all my questions. They let me discuss my case and inspect my vehicle prior to payment. They vacuumed and cleaned my vehicle to remove all debris. Bottom line they truly did a great job and I am grateful. Thank you!

We scheduled a windshield replacement, after waiting all day, the tech showed up at 4pm. He said it looked like rain so we shouldn’t do the replacement that day. There was a very low chance of rain that day. Got the impression he just wanted to be done early. The next day were at the end of the list again. Safelite didn’t prioritize the install even after they didn’t do the schedule repair. Then when they finally showed up the windshield they had was damaged so they again didn’t install the windshield. The tech said he would ensure that a new windshield was ordered and they would contact us on Monday. He then called mid day on Monday and had no idea why the windshield wasn’t installed. After we reminded him he said he would work on it and someone would call soon from the office with an updated timeline. After several more hours the office had not called. We cancelled the install and requested a refund. We have now dedicated 3 entire days and still don’t have a windshield. Three days where we had to be home waiting for them to show up whenever they desire, no timeline projections just 8-5, be ready.Parts come damaged and this is understandable but this company has no ability to track and manage installs. They don’t prioritize customer service. I will be using a different company.I would not recommend this company unless you have pints of time to wait and don’t mind never getting your install done

I gave my VIN# for the 2021 Lincoln Navigator claim with my auto insurance. I waited for three weeks and then they came to my home to fix but they brought the wrong windshield and they had to order it in about one week or so, they impacted my work as a chauffeur, they strictly inspect conditions, their must no damages anything. And renew inspection for renewal registration. I canceled my appointment. They should have been prepared to call me before they came and get it done but they failed in the service. Too much lost my appetite. I put them bad reviews to teach them to learn in lessons!

This was honestly the best experience I have had when it comes to customer service. I’ve had great customer service before, but what surprised me is the fact that I dealt with three different employees. Usually when you deal with multiple employees (at least in my experience) at least one of them sucks. To my surprise every single one of them did amazing. Carlos, Ashley, and James had the best hospitality and they are the reason I will return.

These guys did an awesome job on my truck. Not only did they replace my Windshield on my truck, they put my registration sticker and textoll stickers on as well. The biggest surprise was they actually cleaned the inside of my truck, to include vacuuming it out. My truck is a dirty farm truck and these guys went way above and beyond. I will definitely recommend to all of my friends.
