They won't give a quote for a replacement without giving them all your information to sell off. Even if you're paying out of pocket.

Horrible at customer service. I had a broken window replaced at my back panel on my Yukon and Safelite ordered the wrong window. When the installer informed me of this on 8/17, he said the window would fit it just had a defrost element that was not needed. He told me he spoke to his manager and they told him to install it if I wanted and that they would re-order and replace the window with the correct one, since they or/dered it wrong. I never heard from anyone, so I began calling on I 8/20 to get an update on this. I have since spoken to the call center or whoever the phone calls get directed to 3 times and all the reps said they were emailing the managers at this location and I have yet to receive a call back to address this issue.
The window installed works, however it's the wrong window and needs to be replaced with the correct one. It has been almost 3 weeks since the repair was done, and I can't get a call back from management to correct an issue they created. Unacceptable.

CJ and the lady who was working the front desk were incredibly kind!
No one wants to have to tell someone bad news about needing a total replacement just after opening. But they are professionals, they’re just trying to keep me safe, and CJ without prompting even said “I’m gonna ask for a second opinion from the dude that trained me.”
CJ was so kind, provided wonderful explanation and service, and really went above and beyond. He is excellent and knowledgeable.
Then the kind young woman at the desk checked with my insurance vs coupons for coverage and went above and beyond to get me scheduled, and helped me out.
I am new to the area and now I’ve found a great spot for great car care and even greater service pros.

Waited 3 hours for a windshield replacement that they said would take an hour and a half, they cut my dashcam wire, and I made it about 10 miles before the center mirror fell off. They say it was a defective bracket, but that bracket was totally fine for 26,000 miles before I came here.

Where to begin.. I had a window fixed in April24. When they fixed the window they broke my door lock in the process. Things happen no worries it’s covered under their warranty. I took it in that same weekend. Was told they had to order a part. Waited over two weeks and no part was ever ordered. I could hear them taking about how no one had followed up. Fine they said they would try to order part but it was “back ordered” I kept going in week after week to be told part wasn’t avail.
When you try to call safelite whether it be their local number or national, they give you the automated run around to just be hung up on every single time! Zero human customer service could be found. Extremely disappointing for a company that used to have a great reputation.
They just don’t care at this point.

If USAA did not have their glass only claims through Safelite, I would have gone somewhere else by now. They tell me they finally have my windshield in stock (because apparently it is like trying to find a unicorn) and they ask me to schedule a new appointment so I did for August 6, then they cancel that appointment and set it for August 9. I do not get it, but fine. Then they cancelled that one and made it for August 15 because "they don't have my windshield in stock". What the hell happened to the windshield you had in stock? It has already been over a month of driving with this distracting, blinding crack in the windshield and I am beyond annoyed. STOP LYING AND SCHEDULING ME IF YOU DO NOT HAVE IT!

Windshield leaks more now with a new one than the factory glass. I still have shattered glass in my truck even after taking it back to be cleaned. And they are the ones that shattered it. It had 3 small cracks. The leak is driver side. Which will ruin THE ECM. Been there done that already. The reason for a new Windshield. So are they responsible for any water damage?

It was glass repair. Nice staff, very well trained in customer service. Of course my truck had to be difficult and the poor guy broke the first replacement and had to wait for a new one. Coffee was pods and nothing close to this location for food or coffee. I survived.

I came in and was told it could take an hour or hour and a half, it was done in 45 minutes. Comfortable chairs, free coffee water and snacks.

Professional, fast, and convenient. I had Cecil as my technician and he was wonderful; very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. He did a great job on my car and I would definitely come here again.

My tech Allen is irresponsible and incompetent. He called and said he has the wrong laptop, then rescheduled. The next day I call, and he says “who is this?….oh shoot, let me call you back in 15 minutes”. Never heard from him again. Im glad though, the replacement was $800 and my dealership does it for $400.
