We contacted Safe Showers and their process has been excellent from initial contact. Geoff is our design consultant and his approach in our home was very low pressure and professional. They truly are experts and reasonably priced. Additionally their knowledge of requirements for accessibility and Veteran needs was truly above and beyond what was expected. Geoff Bryant our Design Consultant was very informative with beautiful samples and easy to listen to and not just another boring presentation . Went above and beyond to explain technical terms and things older citizens may not be current on. This was extremely helpful. Options, options, options. Everything an elder or handicap could want to anything younger home owners or remodelers could desire. The installation was quicker than we had anticipated. Superior quality from the Plumber to the Shower installers. Just brought tears when I saw it completed. BEAUTIFUL ?

The guy Carl Mullins came in took a picture grab a measurements and left. He said will be contacting you about quote later that day... I had to call days later just to hear him complain about what another company was trying to sell me. Never got a quote and so glad I'm not using their service!
