Tried to sell me a stolen car, did not find out till after I paid him then refused to pay me back. I was told my money was tied up in his shop and he had to "pay his bills." I have text messages as proof. He knows that money was for my kids to have a car and now we are still driving a car with no ac ac beac he stole from a mother and her little children. Then turns out the car he asked my sister around the same time he put fake tags on the car and the person he put the tags under had a warrant out for their arrest and the cops ran my sister's car and pulled her over while she was walking her 2 year old babies into day care. All beacuse he is refusing to give her the title so keeps giving her temp tags. We made these deals with him in March and as you all can see it is now July 11th. I still have not received my money my sister has yet to receive her title. Do not go to this business unless you want to be stolen from, lied to, disrespected, and have time to take someone to court. Believe I'm making time for that. He won't get away with it.

I had a terrible experience here and am still without my vehicle because Eddie Argenal, the owner of the shop and pretty much the only technician there. After ignoring the information I had given him about the vehicle, misdiagnosed the problem and talked me into buying a used transmission from him. This transmission was supposed to be, and I quote. "A direct Ford manufacture fit, plug and play" was how he explained it to me. It would bolt right up to my Ford Explorer, which would allow him to do the job quickly. Now since I needed the vehicle for daily transportation to work and he sounded so professional and experienced, I decided to take him at his word. BIG MISTAKE, instead of a week he now informed me that he in fact was wrong and that his transmission would NOT FIT my vehicle and that he would have to gut both transmissions and "Frankenstein" one that would solve the issue. His "one man" shop (LOOK AT THE AMOUNT OF CARS AROUND HIS SHOP AND DESPITE WHAT LIES HE MAY TELL YOU. AS WELL AS THE FACT THAT HE MOVES ALL THE VEHICLES AROUND CONSTANTLY SO IT LOOKS AS THOUGH HE'S DOING SOMETHING. AND ASK YOURSELF IF YOU HAVE THE TIME AND RESOURCES TO GO WITHOUT YOUR VEHICLE FOR OVER A MONTH IF WHAT HAPPENED TO ME HAPPENS TO YOU)? had my vehicle for at least a month. When he informed me that it was ready for pick up, I went down and drove it around the block and right back to his shop where I informed him that it was still doing exactly what I had brought it to him to fix. So begins the next FIVE WEEKS of "I'll make it right" AND STILL I HAVE A VEHICLE THAT DOES NOT SHIFT AND I AM UNABLE TO USE. At which point in an effort to be reasonable I offered Eddie Argenal to refund TWO THIRDS of my $905.30 back to me because after NINE WEEKS I wasn't interested in him continuing to try to make it right. He of course declined because he's a poor mechanic, a poor businessman and a piss poor liar and thief. DO BUSINESS HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!

If I could rate it lower I would, I REALLY BELIEVE THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FRIENDS AND FAMILY. I've had nothing but bad experiences with this guy Eddie. The people I have referred to him have been screwed out of time and money. Me as well I am very fair and understand when things go wrong. that isn't the case in this situation. His lying is the problem. if he fixed something and it breaks he will def take it back, but will try and sell you something else or say his work wasn't the problem. EVERYTHING I HAVE TAKEN HIM HAS BROKE. The reason for this post is I just had my transmission opened up by a real shop and they showed me all the rigged up pieces in my transmission including the case. REAL SHADY....I RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR VEHICLE TO ANOTHER MECHANIC.
