R works is exactly what you would wish for and expect from a body shop. They are an efficient, hospitable, honest, communicative, and highly skilled body shop. After my accident and dealing with insurance obstacles, I can’t express enough gratitude to R works for making my repair process simple and painless. The estimated time for repair was accurate, as well as the price. My car is now running excellently and looks good as new.10/10 would highly recommend, I know they’ll be my go to shop.

I searched EVERYWHERE to have my car fixed! Not only did they have the shortest wait list and got my car in over the weekend, Henry had ABSOLUTELY the best customer service, my car came back looking BRAND NEW after being rear ended, even has the new car smell again! Service was fast and amazing!10/10 recommend

I absolutely love this place. Customer service is hands down the best I’ve ever encountered. Brought my car to this location from another body shop that couldn’t get the job done and they turned a headache of a situation into the smoothest, non-stressful situation I could have ever imagined. -FIRST- This group absolutely understands customers needs! Henry was polite and courteous from Hello. I was updated every step of the way while our 2021 Sienna was being repaired. When the job was complete I found NO overspray or tape lines. Our van has a Pearl three stage paint and these guys matched it perfectly! No waves in the body whatsoever. If you have a repair and take great care of your car, these gentleman will do the same! Henry and his team at R Works (formerly RPB) were great to work with! I was in a bad accident with pretty significant body damage and malfunction with restraints and airbags. Henry worked with me to keep the costs as low as possible while still supplying new parts and being able to replace and repair all parts and safety features. My car is basically back to new and how it was before the accident and I feel safe again driving it. Henry also stayed in close communication with updates and was very responsive to any questions I had. Him and his team were kind and efficient. I had a bad accident and they were so quick to give me an estimate and work with the payments. They were so helpful during the entire process. Jackie was so sweet during the initial contact with them and Henry was an absolute Saint during my experience. The best customer service 100000% I will definitely come back if anything were to occur but I am sending everyone I know to yall. I would give yall way more than 5 stars if I could. My car looked so amazing after they worked on it. Can't tell I was in any type of collision. Thank you so much! I adore this company.

Did some research online for collision repair and found this place. Read the reviews and was impressed. So I told my insurance im taking my wrx there. They did not disappoint. Henry was very knowledgeable and quick. I had them fix clips on a rocker molding that broke when I ran over a piece of road debris. I also had them put on a piece of carbon fiber aero that came off during a legal speed limit run ?. Their work was fast and excellent, had my car back in a day.
