Horrible customer service, the cashier was charging me for another clients items, then stated my card the declined when my bank account shows debited, the manager was less than helpful, with terrible attitude towards me. I was unable to take my things with me since they insisted my card declined, my bank account still shows the amount debited.

I get it, it's Ross, and none of them have ever been up to basic standards.
Though I expected something a little different from this location, being at The Rim and all. Working available staff? Enough to have 2 lanes open and the lady at the jewelry counter checking people out as well. The line literally extended to the dressing room at the back of the store. I counted 25 baskets/buggies back to back waiting in line to check out. By the time I got in line and I finally paid a solid 25 minutes had gone by.
Not only that but the restrooms were horrible. The men's restrooms was as nasty as you'd expect from a truck stop. My 8½ months pregnant wife went into the women's restroom and she said they were disgusting as well. She told me that while she was in there a little girl walked in and every stall the little girl opened she went "Ewww".
Lastly, and the most important part of this review, would be the clothing security tags. My 3yr old daughter picked one up off of a shelf that we were waking by. Thankfully my wife noticed her do it and grab it from her before anything happened. But it shouldn't have happened to begin with. After that I saw so many of those little pins laying around the store, some that could've even been stepped on.
I'd want to give this place a 2 star because of the good items I found, but that isn't controlled by the staff. The staff have failed this store just like any other I've been too, and again, it's sad cause I expected better because of the location this store is at.

I called like an hour ahead to see if I could return some things I bought in December and just get store credit and I was fine with that because I never wore any of it but I wasn’t gonna keep it and the woman on the phone was really nice and told me yes they could do store credit so I go in and The cashier that’s working - there’s only one - she’s super nice she’s fun she’s talking to all the customers there’s probably like four other people in there then her manager comes over and starts taking customers and I get her and she has no personality. Looks bothered that she has to process my refund. I feel bad for the other employee because she probably has to deal with that attitude all day every day. Your manager should be setting the example. I purposely showed up at a time when y’all wouldn’t be busy to process a refund. The items very clearly hadn’t been used. I was friendly and polite and you couldn’t be decent and return the same courtesy. I know working retail is hard because I’ve done it but part of the job is to put on a face especially when a customer is being friendly. You can try like at least fake a smile, Ask me how I’m doing anything. how disappointing. Ross should promote the other girl. I didn’t even get to interact with her and she clearly is probably keeping customers coming back.

Selection was limited & majority of the stuff was either not my taste or a bit over priced. It was a clean & organized store so that is always a plus & the employees were nice & fast at check out. But for me I'd prefer another Ross location.

Employees were foul tempered. One actually was yelling in the overhead paging system, several times. She probably could have not needed the paging system and still heard at the back of the store. At checkout there was no greeting just "NEXT!". During the checkout she made some comments like "Some of us have to work and don't have the money to be shopping" and "I don't get paid enough to deal with all you people". Before I completed the payment process, she yelled through me to the next guest "NEXT!". She offered no goodbye, see you next time, nothing. I said have a good evening, and she just stared at me like I said something foul to her... The other "screamer" was checking someone else out, and was equally foul to her guest.Only the Loss Prevention guy had anything kind to say. "Hello, Welcome to Ross" and "Have a good evening."I do not care to return to this store if these folks are there...

We are now 35 to 45 minutes in line to pay, there is only one cashier and the line is almost a mile The cashiers do what they want and provide great service
