Customer service is SO RUDE to everyone! I'm standing here in the line observing them arguing with the customers. Not just one of them, but many of them. Also making people feel small for not understanding how credit cards work. They're also asking us to take off the hangers while we wait in line.?? Unnecessary.

My girls love coming to Ross Dress for Less to search for bargains. Since the clothing moves fast they never know what they are going to find. This Ross Dress for Less seems to always be clean and organized. I personally like to look at the seasonal items or clearance items from the past season.
