Ausha made this experience the best Ross experience ever! I have never seen such a hard and friendly worker who knows what she’s doing and enjoys her job like she does. It was packed to the brim and she speedily got people through the lines while still being very friendly and still greeting customers walking in the door. No comparison to the other employees, She outshined them. Truly remarkable employee! She deserves substantial recognition!

This Ross seems to always have something to buy. Shoe selection is always good in my size. The wife always spends a good $50-$100. Kids find good toys all the time and is a good place to buy gifts for birthday parties.

OMG I LOVE ? Ross!! Most of their products are budget friendly and they have a variety of quality products to choose from. Tuesdays are 10% off for their mature customers. I only wish they could change their Tuesday Club policy (10% off) to a everyday policy.

I never had an issue returning items at Ross and today was a first the girl didn't want to return the shoes I got yesterday never even wore them but said they're worn so she's not returning them and hides her name so I can't complain to anyone higher up than her supposedly she was the only high up manager there.. extremely disrespectful and unprofessional I was def discriminated against . I do not recommend anyone shop here because they are the worst customer service experience you will ever have ! The condition of the shoes is how they were sold to me ! So the quality in their products is very poor and they do not care to be held accountable for selling underpar products to unsuspecting loyal clients .

Store states online that there open at 9 am but when I get there all these custom are waiting. I call the store they say they don't open til 9:30 and oh well their info wasn't updated. To call corporate.
