By far the BEST Ross in San Antonio!!! Extremely clean and organized, not a hot mess like some other locations. The employees are very kind and actually there to help, you can tell they care about their job and the customers. Management seems to be on top of it. This is the only Ross store I will go to from now on ? Highly recommend.

Management was rude at the fitting rooms, their policy is stated on the doors as being 5 items inside a room at a time. I was sorting through my daughter's items to make sure she was only going in with 5 at a time since she had more than that amount. As I was doing so the management tried to force me out of the line because they felt we had too many items. I explained that I was only giving her 5 at a time as is stated on their policy but they kept giving attitude about it. Fortunately I was able to keep my daughter's place in line. Mind you they have more than 2 dressing rooms at this location but the rest were closed & management apparently felt no need to place an associate back there to keep them open to help with any lines. Management & associates alike should be better trained as to how to approach/speak with customers & also learn what the phrase 5 at a time means.

The only problem I have with this location is there’s only two dressing rooms and they’re in the front of the store. somebody was pounding on my door like they the police while I was trying on clothes
