Overall clean and stocked, but they only had 2 cashiers on a busy Sunday ?
I came to look for a welcome mat and a planter pot. Found the planter but they didn’t have any mats ? it’s all good! This is a great place for some awesome finds when you have time to shop and wait in line a bit.

THERE IS A MANAGEMENT PROBLEM, NOT AN EMPLOYEE PROBLEM. The employees are extremely pleasant and care about quickly helping customers. However, this store seems to always be understaffed. They have 12 registers in house, but I've never seen more than 3 open!! I went inside to quickly grab three items, but waited in for over 35 minutes!! Management, your store severely understaffed and it's putting more strain on your employees and making customers wait for a LONG time. Please fix this!!

The most rudest Ross I’ve never been to. I mean it’s Ross so what much more can you expect. The old lady who’s walking like a dead zombie is so disrespectful and rude, she was working in the fitting room area.
The cash register lady named Gabriella was taking personal phone calls while she was checking us out and giving us rude comments and disgusting looks.
