This place is scary and sketchy. People were walking around stealing. Going into the bathrooms and dressing rooms, sending other people in and grabbing over items from their baskets. People waiting outside in cars. The workers didn’t seem to care. We mentioned it to them. One of them witnessed a lady taking the senors off the boots but said oh it was by accident. Even though we watched her ripping tags off. Find a different place to shop because this place isn’t it. Absolute trash.

i accidentally spilled my coffee on the floor and told a worker extremely apologetically. she no joke handed me a roll of paper towels and a trash bag and watched me clean it up alone for like 10 mins on my hands and knees and i was late to work…no help whatsoever. respectfully, i understand it was my fault, but i work in the service industry and anytime something like that has happened i have, as a worker, cleaned it up myself or at least HELPED clean it up and reassured the customer.

If I could give 0 stars, you would have 0 stars!!!!!!!! Horrible customer service, the store is always a mess, some clothes look dirty and used, and there's always only 1 register open while all other employees are walking around doing irrelevant stuff. Once one of the managers was just standing there while there was a line. CUSTOMERS should take priority over everything else while the store is open. This place needs better employees and management!

After visiting two other nearby Ross stores the week prior. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the 1604@ blanco rd ( stoneworks) location . Well stocked, clean .yes, even the bathroom. I went in to return several items, I had bought at another location. But after walking in and seeing how clean and organized everything was, I grabbed a basket, and boy, did I hit the jackpot. Was able to delete everything I had in my Amazon basket. And that's because everything was in the correct departments. sized ,in color groups. I didn't feel like I was at a rummage sale.
