I went in with my roommate to look for a couch for our new apartment, and joey was extremely helpful and nice and engaged! He seemed really knowledgeable about the products, the deals, and walked us through every step so we weren't left in the dark at all :) I'm super happy with the couch that we got and with joey!

BEWARE very shady Business practices. "Return"policy don't even think of it. You buy something your stuck! No matter the quality or condition or if it came with a Defect. No means No.RTG Will treat you with upmost kindness to make a sell. Then after that if you have a problem with your purchase you are treated like complete garbage. They lack professionalism, they are also rude and inconsiderate amongst other things. They also lie about products to make a sell. Stay Clear I recommend shopping elsewhere unless you want to be another statistic. Do your homework on this Company. I wished I would have known. They will also poke your eyes out trying to exchange there furniture/ Mattresses if unsatisfied, very costly. Mattress I purchased was pricy but was of Very poor quality. Lots of discomfort and pain is what I got. it is a Defective piece. And RTG will not do what's right at my request. Everything is on there terms. When I do not want to do Business with them after everything I have learned. And for being treated so poorly by reps over the phone including a manager who spoke over me wouldn't let me speak. She also raised her voice while speaking with me and even hung up on me. RTG scamming and making profit off there unhappy customers, one way to stay in business for so long. Ripping off people hard working folks who pay for and expect good quality products and service. This is how they stay in Business. Way too go ROOMS TO GO thumbs up.Ask me how I know,This is how I know.

Go somewhere else, don't trust this BUSINESS. I regret it! The customer service is just as bad. & The salesperson is disrespectful, he walks behind you and looks at your butt.

We had an outstanding saleslady name Peggy she helped us get to a price we were satisfied, we took off one sofa and bought a different sofa piece , she helped us out and we were satisfied !! Thank you Peggy and will see you again!!
