My daughter took ring to get sized down. Which means the take gold out and keep it. Charged 25.00 not too terrible. Lady said next day it would b ready. But daughter caught covid. So 3 weeks later we go in with ticket in hand. They couldn't find her 400 new ring! Then they say its not ready after looking on a notebook. Said to Come back next week. She was in tears. We get a call 30 min later. It would arrive in 2 hours. Ok but I swear they said they do sizing there. We get there and they hand her there ring in a baggie. Zero customer service and attitude! We are kind ppl and I had to hold back from going off!! Never again. They didn't even clean up the ring it was filthy and a gift for her boyfriendUgh.
