I was very appreciative of how quickly Polo’s mechanics were able to get my vehicle repairs completed. It was on a Saturday, so I was expecting to maybe see my car on Monday! Point S has taken care of several things on my vehicles, always satisfactory.

Polo’s has always been there for my family. We get our vehicles regular maintenance done there, but twice have had an emergency major repair needed. Their Snap financing is super easy and bailed us out both times. Because we called to have them set up allotted payments with 100 days, there was 0% interest! Polo’s was fast and our vehicles run like brand new. They have my full trust and confidence. I would never go anywhere else!

Very professional kind took the time to get car in air check problem no charge unlike there competitors!!! Took us in next morning fixed the real situation and stuck yo there word! Do not do any business with this location or company. I drop my truck off for an engine replacement. 4-5 months later excuses they order 4-5 engine from their vendor which all had the same issues as my truck. After the 5th month truck was returned so called as is with parts and tires missing. Just had brand new set of tires installed and I get my truck back with one missing. All of my splash guards are missing and heat shields for my catalytic converters are missing. They swapped my front differential. I would never recommend these thieves to anybody. You’ve all be warned. Already contacted corporate, I just wanna shine some light on these thieves. Posted multiple post around the local VA’s to avoid this company no matter the location. I will give them the spotlight they deserve.

Polo’s Point is one of the few automotive shops I’ve ever been to that ALWAYS just does the right thing for their customers! Their prices are very reasonable, their work is top notch and their people are all very professional and great at what they do. I very highly recommend them!
