Called first, and received voicemail with multiple businesses listed on recording (first flag). Stopped by during normal business hours, and met a female assistant, who arranged to speak to owner (not present, second flag), and called me back to schedule appointment. I showed up for my appointment, and no one was there. I called the business number on the door, and the apparent owner answered. When I told him I was at his office for our scheduled appointment, he started telling me of all the issues as to why he wasn't there. I asked "if you were having all these problems didn't it occur to you to contact your appointment (me) and alert to the issues?" His response was "....uhh.....oh, I'm sorry about that....". Not exactly the response I was looking for, particularly someone I was considering to handle something as serious as my taxes! Proceed at your own peril!

I was a bit overwhelmed as a first year business owner; RJ explained everything in detail and help me get a better understanding as we walk through it together before filing. On top of being extremely professional, RJ helped me out last minute, despite being rather busy himself. Would absolutely recommend to anyone. It’s really nice to find people out there that still care. Thanks again.

Local owned veteran did a great job filing my taxes for 2021. He worked well with regards to multiple state filings and student loans as well. Give him a call I believe he will take great care of you.

This tax service is amazing! It was open during the holidays when other places were not. RJ was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about filing & preparing taxes. I feel so much better about my situation. They have great customer service and are willing to work you! The filing was completed very fast! You will not be disappointed! I am currently in medical school and was in need of two years worth of tax returns in order to close out my finacial funding for school.In a panic I had no idea where to turn and then I googled tax offices in San Antonio. RJ Bookkeeping was one of the first to pop up.I called and spoke directly to RJ and he got me in immediately. I explained my situation and he took care of me within 45 minutes. He filed two years of my taxes and made sure I was good to go. He explained anything I asked in detail and had me check over the documents multiple times.
