I went in with 485 Tom Ford glasses and they compared them to Oakley's that cost 20 bucks. They didn't even look in the computer it's like working somewhere and getting paid to do nothing no effort no care don't go there.

Love love this pawn shop always has many guns and Ammo. Bought 3 guns here. their layaway is awsome and they try to work with you for payments. There fire arm transfer is super fast. The price was less then 20 dollars dirt cheap which is awsome!! Always love coming to this place. Recommend to friends all the time!!

This is my favorite pawn shop in San Antonio. They don't have the biggest gun selection, but they carry a lot of fantastic guns at really good prices. They have a lot of firearm stuff for how small their gun section is. Most importantly, they do NOT price gouge and only raise prices based on industry/inflation levels. They have the best layaway policy I've ever seen at any pawn shop. It's allowed me to buy guns I likely wouldn't have been able to buy at other, larger stores. I've sold a few guns to the shop too. They always quote better prices than than other pawn shops or gun stores. The employees there are also great. They are very personable and made me feel like a regular after going only a few times when I first moved to SA years ago. That actually made me become a regular. Awesome little shop. Always the first place I stop at when I want to buy a gun.

I bought a gun from Forest , I live out of state so I wasn’t able to see the gun in person. However, he was helpful and worked hard to make the buying process as easy for me as possible.Once the gun arrived there was a mistake, but Forest was humble and took ownership of the mistake. He not only fixed the mistake but actually upgraded my gun to make it up. He gave incredible customer service! I’ll recommend anyone I know to buy firearms through River City Pawn.

I been here twice. Once with my husband Eugene and once without. With Eugene to get some money for him to buy the things he needed. It went ok. Without Eugene I was looking for him and I knew it was one spot he had been before and I needed money for some things myself. I never pawn jewelry but 30 on four Avery rings was a little cut throat so I decided against it, but the ppl were nice. I just hope I find my husband it’s been two months and 18hrs a day searching is killing me.
