Dr. Hoffmann truly does care about his patients. He knows that it often, if not always, takes a holistic approach to health improvement when dealing with autoimmune diseases. He won’t just give you a prescription. He encourages healthy living and adequate sleep. Yes, sometimes he has had to push me to eat right and exercise more. Yes, sometimes that annoys me, but I know he’s right. I wish more doctors were like him because sometimes we are our own worst enemy. Office staff have always been helpful and pleasant. Wait time is usually very brief. Never any billing issues. I have no reason not to recommend Dr. Hoffmann or his office.

Friendly and professional office staff and nurses. Dr Hoffman is direct, allows the patient to share and give feedback. He also wants to make sure the patient understands their cod and what can better them or make the condition worse. He has a good game plan regarding my treatment. He is also friendly, professional and seems to care about his patients.

Every staff member is polite & friendly. I love my Dr. Feinstein. He takes his time with explaining & giving advice on my health. He takes his time on questions you may have & does not rush you out. I have been with him for yrs.

❗️❗️❗️❗️DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR HE WILL TREAT YOU LIKE GARBAGE ❗️❗️❗️❗️NEVER BEEN TREATED SO BAD FROM A DOCTOR (Dr. Desroiser)I been his Patient since April 2023.The first time I went to see him I waited 1.5 Hours, second time I went was also 1 hour!There was only one time I got seen pretty quicklyToday 17th of October I had my appointment at 8:15 and I got there at 8:20 because of traffic.I never complained all the other times while I waited so long for the doctor.When I got there the staff told me: since you're couple minutes late we have to see if we can still fit you in! I was like ok, the lady came back she told me yes he can still fit me in.I talked to the manager that I never complained about waiting for so long the other times.She apologized to me, yet I told her I will talk to the doctor about it.Then Dr Desroiser came to see me at 9:05 am, after we talked about my health I told him I was not happy what his staff told me!He said you're actually late 20 minutes and I still made room for you. I told him I never complained that I was seen late for all my last appointments. He said I don't care that was in the past and he told me you're my guest to leave now and I can cancel all you're prescriptions and you don't have to come here anymore.He is super unprofessionalI think nobody ever told him their opinion, he is always right in whatever he is saying but he never sees his mistakes in what he is actually doing to his patients!!❗️❗️There was a patient before me her appointment was at 8 am and got seen at 8:30 so even if I would've showed up at 8 am I would've never been seen at 8:15 am❗️❗️Apparently the staff told me they talked to the manager about it because this keeps on happening.Not everyone will play along with his stupid games!I don't even think it's the stuffs fault because they can't do anything about it.I just hope they quit working for this stupid doctor, he will never appreciate his staff or his patients!I left the office super angry ? ?They won't see me ever again and I will write reviews everywhere I can!He doesn't even deserve 1 Star and he should think about retiring

I am very thankful to have found Dr. Feinstein, who is very comprehensive, thoughtful and thorough covering all areas of Rheumatology. His office and staff are there when you need them and I appreciate not having to wait for long periods before seeing the doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Feinstein and his staff and I believe he is the BEST!

Dr. Hoffman is a wonderful dr. he sits with you and talks about every issue you have and explains things in great detail. I would recommend him to anyone suffering with RA. Which I have, my sister also suffers from RA and is not getting the propercare to control her pain. I hope she is able to get in to see him quickly to get her on the right track to comfort and stop any erosion of her joints and bones. Thank you Dr. Hoffman for being a compassionate dr.

Mine was a phone communication. Very satisfied with the interaction with front office and questions dealing with my insurance. I am an established patient there and have always had very positive experiences with everyone that has helped me: front office, lab, Dr, etc!

The doctor that was seeing Dr. White was always professional, And I never had to wait long periods of time to see the doctor. I'm very comfortable with this office. And the staff is very nice

Super polite staff. Office runs like a well organized operation. NO long waits!! Highly efficient!! Dr. Feinstein is both personable and very plite. Best of all, he is super smart and nails most problems immediately!

Excellent staff, always very little wait, the dr, Dr. DesRosier is superb! He has my RA taken care of to a point of little issues only on a daily basis. I can go about my daily activities practically pain-free most days!

I have never had issues with doctors quite like this one. My first appointment was over an hour. I had more blood drawn than I ever had before. I was not listened to at this appointment. Dr. Hoffmann was disrespectful. He talked down to me as if I didn't know anything about chronic pain, weight management, and other aspects of health. I started to describe my symptoms, and he would cut me off to babble about all kinds of things. I am very uncomfortable with conflict, so I just sat and listened. I kept telling him I was having surgery and that the next app needed to be before a date. He didn't listen, and I called today to reschedule. I will not be able to drive for 6-8 weeks. The office informed me that he would not accept the tela-med. I have to wait for my results until September. When asking for access to my portal, I was finally given the information to find that the results and other medical chart information were absent. I had so much hope as I have been searching for answers for some time now. I would recommend finding another office for anything due to autoimmune disorders.

Dr. Hoffmann will find a healthy solution for you to get you on track. Very knowledgeable and not quick to stuff unnecessary medications down your throat. (In which, I appreciate.) You need a straightforward doctor with good bedside manners...Then Dr. Hoffmann is the doctor to go to!

Dr Hoffman is a very nice man and i choose to keep him as my doctor even though im out of network . not sure how much longer i can afford to do this but for now i am very satisfied.
