Horrible service ladies don’t even pay attention to person being fitted because they are to busy talking between each other
And you pay $220 for suit and when you go pick up they end up ordering the wrong one and make you go back again to get the other. Maybe if they would pay a bit more attention to their job instead of the gossip they would actually get it right never going back and hopefully no oneelse does either

My son Tuxedo was late had to a early Friday to pick it up ,the prom was on Friday..they said it was going to be ready by wed!!
So we're running around doing stuff for prom ! Never again we'll we go here!!

I took my son in on Thursday to get fitted for a tux for his prom that was on Friday. The ladies were very helpful snd kind. I’ll definitely be back in November to get my sons sized for my daughter’s sweet 16.

My husband’s and son’s tux was so poorly measured my husband was the father of the the bride and his pants were tally during their dance I will never rent from your store and the person whom received the returns said she had rave reviews but we and so many were disappointed

Terrible experience everything was one size too big and when I voiced my concern to the lady sort of helping me she said it looked good it was to late as the wedding was next day and I was tired from work it was very crowded and they were trying to fit 5 people at once only 2 ladies very poor customer service no communication no return calls I ended up wearing my own suit so basically paid 200 dollars for an oversized vest and bowtie very frustrating never again
