Husband and I came in looking for a recliner. Left with a top of the line desk chair (custom fitted to my body) plus two zero gravity, massaging and heating recliners. The service was phenomenal and would go back if we could just spend money and didn’t have to save for the kids college funds….

I bought my favorite chair from Brian and Jeff six years ago. I would not buy a chair without trying it. I was able to try more than a dozen recliners and feel the ‘ahhh’ of the perfect chair compared to others that were comfortable.
It remains my favorite chair and I still feel that ‘ahhh’ each time I relax into it. Buying a zero gravity chair was the best furniture decision I have made.
I just introduced another friend to the store - who bought her own recliner. They carry great reliable, comfortable, well-made chairs, and are a sales team with experience and knowledge that is invaluable to help you make the best decision.

I had a terrific experience at the Relax The Back store at Basse Rd in San Antonio. Brian greeted my as soon as I walked in, gave me lots of time to explore all the options on the different recliners available, and made my visit relaxing(no pressure for a sale). I returned two days later and made my purchase. I look forward to receiving it in a couple of weeks. Thanks Brian!

Service was excellent. I went in to purchase a replacement lumbar support for the same one I bought for my car ten years ago. I came out with a pillow for my wife and a new Casper Adjustable bed. Brian was friendly and knowledgeable. Great financing options. Excellent overall experience.

This is the perfect store for anyone interested in high-quality products designed to relieve pressure on the spine to "relax the back". Their selection is unparalleled and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I was encouraged to test as many of the different zero-gravity chairs as I would like, and not to worry if my visit lasted past closing time. Jeff was the store rep who helped me, and he provided information on how I could reduce the cost by having a prescription from my doctor. He also gave me direct contact information for questions. This is customer service! The Hale Premier zero-gravity massage chair I ordered was delivered much sooner than had been estimated, and my back is really enjoying it.

Bryan and his colleagues are courteous, knowledgeable and efficient when helping customers meet their needs. They are courteous and flexible when arranging deliveries. These are too often, rare qualities in sales personnel today. Doing business with Relax the Back has been a positive experience.

We had a wonderful experience with Jeff in the store. He explained all the different things in the store available to help my back problems. I never would have purchased one of the amazing chairs they have without his detailed explanation of how it could help me. His calm and thoughtful demeanor is an asset to this store and customers.
