Hey had a man call from an escalation dept
Saying local branch will call me..
Some one a tech called saying he would be out with the motors and service ( nothing?
and now not one answers the line..leaving messages and texting them no one will service but a 30k power chair from them for a disabled person hostage awaits service since may 5
Rehab boasts of great service but cant deliver it. Im handicapped and live alone 65 yrs old..my per chair after less than 90 days it wont go forward . I called repair in on 5;5/24
Followed up on Tuesday 5/7, the order to get new motors was received 5/7 without hands on diagnosis.. Power wheelchair wont drive right but makes circles..wont go straight at all..
On 5/10 after my 2nd call going to corporate is was informed it'll take 4-6 weeks for receipt if their warehouse didnt have them..
Could this not have been relayed sooner ?
How can they boast of great servce when
My "New power chair" was not actually new it needs new batteries and who knows what else?? My medicare was billed $33,000, why is my chair already needing (2) motors?
A right motor and a left motor?? What about going straight??
No tech from the local rehab medical ever came to diagnose this?????
Now no one answers their phones

Everything was great when they came out to measure and try to sell a wheelchair.
It took me to keep reaching out to them to find out pricing and what all I was getting. Asking questions and finding out side shields to keep me from getting dirty from the wheels, will cost an additional $200 because insurance will not cover.
After telling them I can go anywhere else to get this same wheelchair and ask if they will throw in side shields to use them instead of rehab medical… they finally threw in the $20 part for free.
Upon receipt of the wheelchair, the seat was much shorter than it needed to be which caused pain when using the chair. Resolving that issue took so long I was back using my prosthetic leg 60% of the time. They just didn’t care because the wheelchair has already been sold.
After about 6-8 months I noticed the wheel bearing on the front, was breaking. I contacted rehab medical to see if they could replace a bearing less than a year from receipt. Nope, your doctor needs a script saying you need that done…
They will take you and insurance for $5,500 but not replace a simple wheel bearing that is failing. It is only a matter of time before I’m stranded and rehab medical Kyle Radtke made sure I understand it is not their concern.
The only reason I would use these people for anything, is to get a quote for another company to beat. They DO NOT care about your well being at rehab medical. They only care about making the initial sale.

It is ridiculous trying to get ahold of anyone in the local office. They are extremely slow in dealing with insurance. I finally got fed up and got what I needed out of pocket. Then I needed to replace the battery again in 3 months! So back to the phone. Yesterday I was on the phone waiting when I got a message saying that I could leave my name and I would be called back the same day...… still waiting for that call.

BEWARE!! This company was bought out by Rehab Medical and their customer service is now horrible!!! We’ve waited for four months to get a wheelchair repaired and never once were informed on the status because of their merge. No sense of urgency or anything!!
