I have lived here since May 2022. I have never once regretted my decision to chose The Redland. We have had no issues with the exception of having to share the parking lot with other tenants. ? We love the pool. The office staff is always professional and helpful. Vanessa (the manager)herself came to check out an electrical issue because the maintenance team was gone for the day, worked out a temporary solution, and made sure maintenance was there the next morning. Loving all the new community engagement activities from the food trucks to the movie nights in the pool! Overall, great experience in the last year and a half.

Very happy here! Great pool area. Staff very professional & prompt to get back to me if I have questions. The apartment grounds are kept looking nice & we appreciate the trash valet & all the tenant perks , like food trucks, raffles, & pizza party! Thank u Redland!

Moved in when Greystar owned and ran it but since Adara took over I have seen many improvements. Service request resolution is faster, they installed cameras around the facility for security, they have frequent community engagement events, and they are overall great people!

Beautiful community with a ton of amenities! Canaan, Garret, and Vanessa are professional and very friendly. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place to call home.

Came in for a tour with a friend and was really impressed with the place. Canaan was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Definitely a place to consider if you're in the market.

Absolutely do not rent here. The staff do not treat you with respect and withhold information from you. The make ready on our apartment was not fully completed. We found trash from the previous tenants. The ac did not work properly all summer long. The leasing consultant failed to disclose that neighbors smoke and because of them our apartment constantly smells of narcotics. The complex does not maintain its leasing terms and fails to provide resolution for any grievances filed. Noisiest complex I have ever lived at and the laziest staff I have ever seen.

Beware! VICIOUS towing policy that is not helpful for residents or guests. I have had three poor experiences:Some friends and I visited a resident here. One of our party couldn't find an open visitor parking space so he parked in an open space. TOWEDAnother time, another friend who lives there bought a new car and didn't switch stickers from his old car to his new car. TOWEDOn a third occasion, I parked near my friend's building instead of across the complex at the visitor parking. I was there for a few hours and walked to my car at 10:10 PM. TOWED.Generally in middle-tier apartments like The Redland, it is acceptable for guests to park inside the gate so long as you don't take someone's reserved spot (such as under a carport or in a garage). In this community, it is generally acceptable for guests not to drive at all. I have not seen another community in San Antonio do this. The towing practices here are extremely frustrating and seem intentionally vague.

It would be nice if your front office was helpful and welcoming instead of lazy .Can’t even answer the phone just to show up and be told they don’t have anything to show. So here’s a brochure and nothing else. I really like the place till the front office and phone not being answered

Disrespectful to customers & especially guests. If my friend didn't inform about visitor parking my tesla would be messed up & towed. If you want money so bad have some spots we can rent as guests & make clear banners so no guests get towed parking in a spot. You also as a guest have to walk across the complex absolutely rude.

Ripped me and my family off and management was rude to us. The place was nice and I loved it but after a while the rent kept going up with no explanation and hidden fees.

I've been asking for things around this complex to be fixed or addressed patiently and for quite some time. I never am able to let my child use the kids gym because during the inaccessible hours that it is normally open, which I have few windows to utilize... There's never a person in the office to unlock the room. And no, the other doors are not unlocked. Everything is locked. The bathrooms are locked after 5 PM. Kind of makes it hard to use the pool. If I wanted to use the lobby for some reason... Make a cup of coffee or what not... That would be completely impossible. None of the amenities save for the actual gym equipment and the pool itself are functional. The fire pit has never once had a propane canister in it. Everything outside is broken. Their website continues to advertise these things as if they work. The dog wash station is broken. The dog watering fountain is broken. Most of the barbecue pits are broken. This so-called outdoor kitchen... Is broken. I really want this place to fix these items because if they did, it would be the perfect place. It's disappointing.

Don't rent hear , Management just cares about money as soon as you move in you just become a number ;don't get fool because they are nice before you move in. I lived here for more than 10 years ,paid thousands of dollars and they still Treated me like a bad person. I got treated like a bad person because I got impacted by the pandemic. I have to get help from the city of San Antonio and from the Texas rent Relief . And I got it and they pay them but they will always tell me to move out or else they will do an eviction on me. Every month they will send me letter that I have to move out and they didn't care there was a moratorium. They jacked up my rent to more than $2000 a month. And this will stress me and my son very much.So I end up staying there cause of all the help I got, from The City and from TRR .Manager Jeniffer and assistant manager Vanessa never got in touch with me about the money they got from both places City if San Antonio and Texas Rent Relief. They will return The Texas Rent Relief checks and send me to collections .I end up moving out in December during Christmas ,hard times, but they didn't care and I got more help from Texas rent relife ,money that they kept and still send me to collections.I can keep going and going about stuff that happens at this property but it will take a lot of pages. To this day The Redland Management send me to collections and kept my money from Texas Rent Relief , They will never answer my emails or Calls it's very frustrating, so if you have a second choice for an apartment to move in just do it ,otherwise prove for yourself How this people will Treat you when you become a tenant. I lived for months with my boxes ready to move cause they will send me move out eviction notices even thou I got help from the city and also lived for many months with no walls and noisy industrial fans during Christmas times ,can you imagen? And they didn't care ,They just care about their money.

I am currently a resident and have been for a little over a year. I think these apartments are beautiful and the office staff is very friendly, specifically Kendra (because she’s always the one that helps me). The only issue I have is with maintenance. Even it it’s a small task such a replacing the light in our building hallway so that we can all see our doors at night, it takes them over a month to get around to it. I’ve even put in some requests that were deemed “completed” by the maintenance staff that weren’t actually ever completed. It’s very frustrating considering the high price we pay to live here. One more thing, can we get the playground area renovated alittle please? It’s a very sad excuse for a “playground” and slightly dangerous given the entire thing is made of wood and it’s just coming apart. Other than that though, they are pretty great compared to a lot of the other apartment options in the area! 3.5 stars for me!

Besides just being a chill space to sit and have a good smoke I liked the customer service and knowledge of the gentleman on duty. Confident and comfortable in his knowledge he answered every question and made great recommendations. Other patrons saw an unfamiliar face and introduced themselves eagerly. Very welcoming. Good stuff.
