Had the best experience with Jaree Bell! She got me in and out with no fuss no muss didn’t try to over sell me on BS I wasn’t interested in, she’s very knowledgeable in the boot department, friendly, and excellent customer service because of her I’ll definitely be a returning customer.

I wish I could give 20 stars. I came in to find boots for my education and work in the diesel industry. I am a girl and was really nervous to come in, not knowing too much about what I need, and I am just overall new to this field. The woman, I believe named Rosie was the best salesperson I have ever (I mean ever) had the pleasure of talking to. She was so nice, extremely knowledgeable and was really excited for me to start my journey into a field that's lacking women. I actually felt uplifted when I left and was reminded that I had made the right choice going to school for this kind work and coming to you for the necessary safety boots. I have always dreamed of the day I would get my first work boots and I couldn't be happier with my selection that she helped me pick out. Thank you Rosie!!!!!!!!!

Impeccable customer service. Riley was very informative about all the products. Wasn't rushing explained everything to me in great detail. Didn't feel pushy like she was trying to sell me something all around great experience! Will most definitely be coming back here.

The Redwing TEAM @ Walzem Rd. Has been serving me and my coworkers for many years myself for over 12 years and they fit my needs every time. They go beyond in taking care of me if I ever have a pair of boots that has a warranty issue or fitment issues as well w no fuss at all. Keep up the good work and excellent knowledge you all have!

It was a very good store, I was fitted with the boot that I was looking for. I had to exchange it, to a little bigger size but it was bcs the steel toe was hitting the edge of my toe, but it was a great boot and excellent service.
