I had been having trouble with my Ford Explorer for approximately three months. I had taken it to several different mechanics and kept getting the same answer, “ your car won’t do it and so we can’t find the problem!” I took it to Ford West (recommendation from one of my family members) and Vance and another mechanic (don’t know his name), but they were great!!! They went above and beyond to find the problem my SUV was having. Vance kept me informed all along the process what he/they were doing and finally figured it out. I am quite impressed with their work and their attention to detail!!! They were AWESOME!!!!

Took my wife's bronco in for recalls and service. Advisors were customer friendly, provided a timeline for when my vehicle would be ready and it was completed ontime. Shuttle driver was great and ontime for dropoff/pickup. Great service!
