“Honestly great folks to work with! Quite a hefty fee if you don’t change the air filter on time but it’s their job to ensure the property gets taken care of! House was clean and in good shape and they helped all the time with any questions I had (which were a lot). The semi annual property checks were new to us as renters but it is understandable. They returned most of our deposit back to us and didn’t overcharge for fixing chipped paint/leaving items behind like other managements would. I genuinely appreciated how they were responsive and quick to help me fix an issue (even when we had a troublesome neighbor). You all were great!”

We have been renting from Marshall Reddick for the past three years and while the properties themselves have been great, the communication from the property managers has been completely lacking. Vendors and workers are scheduled with zero communication from them and we have had multiple people coming and going from our house without our knowledge. As a pregnant woman, it is so scary to come home and see a random car parked in our driveway and workers in our backyard! It leaves a really bad taste in our mouths. We understand we aren’t the owners of the properties, but they are our home for the duration of our lease and communication would be appreciated.”
