This place is horrible. The Chinese woman have some behavioral issue. After answering 2 questions she got disrespectful and throw away the papers. Stay safe and don’t go there specially when you are with your kids. If the owner is reading this please do something about the Chinese woman if the woman is the owner I can say you have a poor poor costumer service. Go and take a few classes on costumer service and communications because you failed at least learn something from the Indian girl working there.

This place is horrible I purchased a sterling silver chain for my son for Christmas. He loved the chain but wore it once and the clip completely broke off from chain. Brought it back to have new clip placed and they wanted to charge me for a new one but told the man I would not pay they needed to replace it. The man was very rude telling me and my son that he must have done something to it. I explained no he wore it once and this was ridiculous that I paied about 100 dollars for this and they couldn’t cover to have new clip replaced I had my receipt from when I purchased. I will never buy from these people ever again the worst customer service ever.

Run away from this place!! Not worth your hard earned money!!My son purchased his 1st gold ring here!Wrong mistake!! Not even 6hrs with it on he was helping his dad with yard work and the effin ring broke! Oddly enough when we went back to go fix it (same day) there was a gentleman who looked upset, there for the SAME REASON!!& the dude BaHaMaN was soo rude trying to say my some stepped on the ring which caused it to brake! Lmfaooooo no ser you HAVE CHEAP GOLD!!! That’s why you have a“we have a final sale and no refund/exchange policy.” Never again ✌?Don’t bother replying to me either your gold sucks!GO TO AL INFRONT OF PINK UNDR THE ESCALATOR HES GREAT! Tell him I sent you!! ?
