I’ve had nothing but problems with my debit card I had froze my card a couple of times so a payment wouldn’t be taken, they would freeze my card; I’ve had my card decline which they Restricted my account numerous times,constantly & been embarrassed, in public cuz of my card being decline & yes I had $$$ in my account!!!! Ordered new card;if same problem persist I will close account

Have several different banks. This RBFCU is absolute best!! Offers, rates, customer service, everything top notch! Love it!! Closed my Chase account. They dis nothing but accept my $$ since 2006. Unacceptable! Use RBFCU. You'll love it too.

They do not care about you. Period. I had to rush my cat to the emergency vet on Friday. My friend helped Venmo me money to cover it because I didn’t have it.I was at the vet shaking- and accidentally paid her back using the wrong debit card selection. Mind you, I have paid hundreds in fees and not once asked for a refund.My credit card interest alone supports them. I was at the emergency vet for hours. I chatted Ariell this morning and got no concern or empathy. Just a canned response that I should have made the deposit by 7. I immediately reversed the Venmo within minutes of my mistake and didn’t think I’d need to go to a branch. I couldn’t have anyways bc I was at the vet for hours with a very sick cat. I work for a local Bank and I have shown empathy to people and waived fees. I choose not to Bank where I work- but that just changed. They are awful. I was ok paying the $100 in fees that were my fault bc I’m going through hard times- I just asked for the ONE bc of the genuine mistake I made at the emergency vet. Do not bank here. They don’t care.

One of the best experiences you can have is being provided service by this institution. I used the drive thru today, and the representative was professional, courteous, service oriented, and completed my request in a timely manner. Highly recommend them for your banking needs.

RBFCU refuses to allow members to download their monthly statements if they elect to receive paper copies. This is a rip off to their members. They used to offer free coin counting machines, now they skim 5% off the top of any coins brought in. Way to nickel and dime your customers!

I went to the 1604 and Bitters location to cash a check on Tuesday 9/21/21. I was surprised when the teller handed me back the cash but it was going in all different directions and upside down. I asked him why & he didn't have much to say about it but the person greeting people at the door chimed in and mentioned that's the way they get the money from the Federal Reserve so it's not their fault. That is such a sorry excuse! I have a Chase bank account and my money is never handed back to me that way. Maybe, Chase Bank gets their money from a different Federal Reserve! Of course I'm just joking! Chase just takes the time to sort it out to make sure it is orderly and that it is a proper and respectful way to do things instead of making excuses. It just looks bad on the bank and how they do things.

Unfortunately customer service is lacking. I don't feel like the employees have much say or flexibility to do more for their customers...sad. Now have to switch everything over to Navy Federal or Security Service. What bites the most is the auto pay accounts linked to this bank account what a pain.
