I came in to add a joint to my account 30 minutes before the branch closed and was turned away due to them not having enough people staffed to help us. Not great customer service.

Service in the drive thru is slow, only having one person work during peak hours isn’t efficient. I waited over 20 mins and only 2 cars. Insane.

RBFCU refuses to allow members to download their monthly statements if they elect to receive paper copies. This is a rip off to their members. They used to offer free coin counting machines, now they skim 5% off the top of any coins brought in. Way to nickel and dime your customers!

Wow -5 stars if I could, forgot password on my online account so I call them, they tell me to login using last 4 of my social, doesn't work has to call back and wait on hold for 40 minutes again then they say the last 4 of my social are wrong!? I have my social card in my hand what do you mean it's wrong. Waste of my time

I was simply going to call this location and use apple maps to look up nearest and number for it when I saw it had a one star review I was genuinely curious. When I saw the reviews it was no wonder why, it seems as though all the customers like myself have never taken the time to put in a review for y'all and that sucks because out of, at the very least, 10-15 times Ive been to this location its always been quick, simple, and the associates were more than nice and helpful. I was taken back to see the other reviews I saw which some looked to be based on mere insecurity/and or intuition of a customer, how crazy! Thank y'all for always treating me along with anyone Ive ever witnessed come in this location with respect and diligence!

I wanted to share my boyfriend’s experience at the branch today. He went through the proper procedure as far as setting an appointment due to Covid-19. As soon as the greeter opened the door she looked at him up and down with that judgmental look and asked what he needed as if he was lost. He then said he had an appointment and explained his situation and was immediately rejected. She then went to the back of the office as if she went to get a second opinion and says “yah no, we can’t help you”. Nothing was accomplished and he felt judged simply based off of his appearance. He will never return to the branch office again. It saddens me that even in such a sensitive time in our lives RFBCU has employees whom can show such disrespect. My message to you @encino commons branch location :NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER! It’s just not nice.

I wanted to share my boyfriends experience here today. He went through the proper procedure of making an appointment due to covid 19. As soon as they opened the door the greeter looked at him up and down as if he was lost or better explained in a judgmental way. Her approach was unsettling. As opposed to trying to assist him she immediately rejected to assist him. She then went to the back, she claimed to ask for a second opinion and returned with the same unwillingness attitude as before. Nothing was accomplished. I could understand if the branch was unable to help due to the circumstances although I don't believe all was done to assist. I really wanted to give voice to his experience. He does not ever want to revisit this branch based on his experience of feeling judged prematurely. What I learned is that these type of attitude start from the top down. RFBCU lets re- evaluate how you treat your members!
