It’s unbelievable that a bank like RBFCU would have you wait on hold for about four minutes while they type an email to check if someone is available to talk! An email... really? They can’t just pick up the phone? The woman answering the phone to connect calls was rude, and the person I asked for never even returned my call. Why would I consider taking out a loan with a bank that clearly doesn’t care about its customers?

RBFCU has changed overall and not for the better. This used to be such a great CU, but the past couple of years customer service has taken a nosedive. Good luck getting anyone on the phone. The chat and email reps are clueless. It's time to take my longstanding business with them elsewhere. Corporate greed has taken over a once member-first organization.

Extremely prejudice toward elderly. Accusing people of exploitation without proof and causing the elderly an amazing amount of harm by closing their accounts therefore losing their social security and medicare. If you are over 65... do NOT bank here. Any chance they get they accuse anyone that helps you of fraud and exploitation and just close your account without proof or care what that means for you. They also do not have a solution for shut-in's. There are too many better options that are way more helpful for senior and elderly. It is clear... they see you as too risky and just want you to leave. Woodforest and Frost bank are much better options

Terrible. There weee only 2 cars in the drive thru and had to wait about 10 mins. Then when the car in front of me finally moved I had to wait another 5-10 mins because the other lane was as ahead of me! 15 mins?! Not acceptable
