I am involved in a huge mess with this bank people beware their atm ate my money 400$ I filed a claim and they processed it and only gave me 50$ !!! I called again and now they’re re doing another investigation this is crazy to think your deposit isn’t safe with a bank this is scary people beware !!!

Teller # 304 very rude kid tossed my ID ON THE COUNTER INSTEAD OF HANDING IT TO ME THE WAY I GAVE IT TO HIM THEN WHEN TRANSACTIONS WAS DONE HE JUST LEFT MY RECEIPT ON THE COUNTER DIDNT EVEN SAY THANK YOU JUST KEPT TALKING TO THE GUY NEXT TO HIM NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS RBFCU!!!!!

Well I didn’t think that Randolph brooks would be so lousy, I bank with them, and usually go off of 410 or the other bank by goliad, so I always felt like I was appreciated as a member. Anyway I went here inside to cash a check.. the teller was busy talking to the coworker next to her about the outing last night.. while holding my check in her hand she was hand gesturing waving my check in the air talking about what kind of drinks they were having or going to have.. then trying to figure out what they could talk about when they go out.. I needed other services but just decided to leave, she didn’t even say thank you to me, I told her thank you as she carried on in her conversation with her coworker , just ridiculous on the whole experience. Including that I went here not only to cash my check but for other services that I didn’t even bother with

I went to talk to them so I can get a new card ordered since the ATM shredded mine. After being a member for 10+ years lolWhen I spoke to the girl she said I had to order a new card. She told me she ordered it. She didn’t I waited a week with no money and still no card.Thankfully Adam via the call center helped me out but that was just lazy smh
