On Aug 23, 24 in the morning there was only two customers inside (including me) but I went to with draw money from inside because I can barely squeeze my truck at the new atm's outside. An employee named Lupe gave me attitude because I politely asked to exchange certain bills that were torn and old from the money he originally handed to me. Then he did not place it in an envelope and just put it on the counter for me to count. He didn't give a proper greeting as I was about leave. It was the greeter person behind the desk that gave a proper response. Because of Lupe I will not be going back to this location.

This is my favorite branch. Tellers and all employees are patient, kind, and always helpful with all my questions and concerns. I can be on the other side of town and I will drive to Summit for my banking needs. Thank you to the Summit branch!

They keep charging me fees that don't apply. Sometimes they put my deposits on hold so they can charge me more fees then finalize the deposit a day or two later. They're thieves here. Go to frost bank instead

Drive-thru is no longer in service in this location. Now they have 4 ATM's for service.l, and they are able to give small denominations. Their ATMs are upgraded. Nice job.
There are sometimes ATM's are not able to receive cash or checks so you need to move to the other ATM next to that one and try it again. I wish they could have Zelle available,

Absolutely the worst location to come to. The ATM is NEVER working . The tellers take FOREVER . We’ve been here waiting for over 30 minutes . Just to add cash to your account . But because the atm isn’t working . Here I am. But, this isn’t the first, nor second, actually I lost count . ?don’t ask why I keep coming here .

It has been very good except that the hours are not good since there are people like me who work from Monday to Saturday until 6 in the afternoon and I really need to go to the bank and I can't because I have problems with deposits, transfers and the limit is very low could it open one day when they close at 7 at night please
