I was discriminated against by language here because I don't understand English and I can't open a checking account even with a translator. She asked me to leave my phone number so that she can call me? Didn't she know that she needed two devices to translate the call? I have a checking account at another bank, and their staff are very professional. They will not refuse to open a checking account because of poor English. It's just that this bank is too close to my home. It's just that the staff at RBFCU is not professional enough. I feel very disappointed. She should receive training because her position exists for the purpose of service, not to refuse service for an easier job.

I would gave zero.
Worst of the worst branch I have ever visited.
They dont care how many customers are waiting in the que. 5/6 reps are sitting on front counters & only two are taking customers long que is waiting to be served, several elderly. Attitude is
disrespectful to customers. Reps shall have stay inside if they can't take customers or not on shift. Sitting on front & not taking customers make no sense.

Bryan is very nice and professional and the lady at the desk by the door was kind and welcoming. Highly recommend this branch and their Grissom location!

Had the best service here. I went to use the ATM and it let me choose my denominations! It was so easy to use the ATM. I definitely will be back.

Has one of the most absurd deposit policies i’ve ever heard of.Non-account holder must identify with ID and must give them a social security number of the non-account holder to deposit in their account holders account.I hold accounts at several financial institutions and have deposited in several accounts not belonging to me, this is the first time i’ve ever heard of this.Furthermore, there is no way to contact ANYONE. Would not recommend a financial institution you can’t call.

This location has ongoing issues that their governing agencies are not addressing.I was given over $2000 cash, a debit card and DL that did not belong to me in the drive thru. I have also had my deposits placed in wrong accounts.Their Bill Pay vendor of choice has issued checks on accounts closed due to fraud and they do not handle disputes according to guidelines set forth to protect consumers.This location has been notified multiple times by multiple consumers of these issues and they refuse to investigate or address.WATCH YOUR MONEY!

Should be 0 starsThe app sucks and so does customer service. I spent 40 minutes on hold only to be hung up on.8/23 - These people are very incompetent. I need to pull all my stuff out of this bank and go somewhere else.
