Customer service is horrible, they sit there busy on the computer, the line is huge and they don't serve you.

Extremely disheartened by most recent experience with Jessica at RBFCU Potranco. Usually, I have very positive experiences there. I was quite impressed by their use of technology. They have palm readers to access your account. The last time I went to the Potranco location, the palm reader wasn't working. I went to use it again today. It didn't work. Jessica was extremely rude and dismissive telling me that her palm reader wasn't activated and that I "could go to a different line" if I wanted to use the palm reader. I had already waited 20 minutes. I wasn't going to wait more. So disappointed in RBFCU. Do better, Jessica! Treat customers right. No reason to be rude.

I made an appointment a week ago to open a business bank account here at RBFCU. I received two text messages, confirming the appointment and no other information was given to me. When I showed up for the appointment, they said they required a ton of paperwork that I did not have with me because I was not told that I needed it so going to go with another bank for my business account. How difficult is it to inform a customer of what they should bring with them to a meeting? When a business doesn’t offer basic customer service - avoid them at all costs. Waste of my time and gas.

On a busy Saturday morning only 2 tellers working ??? So Sad!!! I spent over 45 minutes in line in the lobby ?? Totally unacceptable!!! Thinking of switching banks!!! ?

Spent 30 minutes in the drive thru only for 5 cars who came behind me to get serviced before me. Then went inside where I received no apology, was in and out but the teller handed me thousands of dollars in cash very openly in front of everyone without an envelope. People get followed these days from banks due to these kinds of incidents. She made me very uncomfortable and paranoid leaving the bank. This is why I never go inside but there is no fairness of people arriving first in the drive thru; it just depends on the luck of what lane you pick and how fast everyone in front of you finishes. Will find another location to go to even though this is down the street from work for me.

First off thank you for your services . Second please for the life of god fix the glitch that freezes our cards! I was in line buying groceries on a Sunday when the banks are closed . And the card was frozen I couldn’t call no one couldn’t use my card and it was just so embarrassing. All this because I froze my card back in February because of a not so trust worthy gas pump . I’m so upset I love RBFCU but this is getting old it happens all the time every two weeks. Please please fix it !

Called customer representative first to make sure my current requirements are valid prior to setting an appointment and after confirmation went here by appointment for a simple name change to supposedly skip the line and to my surprise, front desk directed me to join the teller line. I insisted there’s a reason why I made an appointment and still was asked to queue the line. Line took approximately 20mins and was presented to a teller who seems to be in her training phase. After few clicks here and there, they denied the process this time and required more documentation. I was able to change names with other banks with a marriage certificate and an updated driver’s license, what more do you need? People wouldn’t want to bank over simple things that are made complicated. Please put employees who know what to do in this location and do remove appointment setting if you’ll just end up mixing them with walk-ins. I swear today was a total waste of time.

I’ve been a customer with RBFCU since 1988! Always superb Customer Service! When you deal with hundreds of different personalities in any kne given day, it’s a wonder to me that the employees always remain calm under pressure. The fact that you can take care of your business with kne person is both a blessing and a curse. Patience is the key when you’re waiting for your turn! Oftentimes the lack of proper planning on the Customer side who wants to served NOW! Not realizing that there are many people there who are being served properly and professionally so no mistakes are made. I’m sticking with RBFCU. I “let go” AIR FORCE FCU and First Mark FCU because I could not carry my Concealed Weapon into their facilities! Funny, they wanted me to trust them with ALL my money but didn’t trust me, a Law Abiding Citizen and Member to exercise my 2nd Amendment rights! Have a nice day!

Feb 27 I went to this bank for the first time I usually go to the one on 1604 and huenber great customer service there. I got there at 1:50 PM, four people ahead of me two people at the counter with the teller, 2:20 PM still waiting in line same customers that was there when at 1:50 were still with the tellers. I asked the gentleman there if they can get another teller cause we’ve been waiting for a long time. He said everybody was out to lunch. By the time I was able to get to a teller it was 2:45pm. 10 People behind me still only 2 tellers. While 2 employees were seating at an office. One was looking at the cameras. I thought a teller was only for withdraws cashiers checks money orders just money business. That’s not the case. A customer can do all their business with the teller open an account print out papers everything etc… this is what holds up the line for customers that are just there to cash a check and withdraw money simply business. They was a customer with a teller for 25 mins. It’s ridiculous. Find a new way to handle costumer with their business. I would’ve went to drive-through, but I needed a cashiers check so I was told that I had to go. Never again will I go to the bank customer service is terrible.
