Yesterday I went into the lobby to cash my check Xavier helped me he was very intentive. I had a bad experience with cashing my check with Wells Fargo so I went to my bank RBFCU. He made my experience alot better. He was very pleasant, professional and very patient. I also want to wish him a happy belated birthday.? Thank you! :)

Place is always packed. There is atleast 20 people in line and only 2 tellers. Maybe because it’s the south side but damn. It makes banking here difficult. Fix this issue especially at this location. It’s horrible. It’s literally 20 to 30 min wasted just in line waiting.

Absolute rude customer service. Tried cashing a cash for a big amount and I asked one of the employees Yudi who is located by the door entrance to verify if I’m allowed to cash the check here and she’s was absolutely rude . She informed me that “ if I was a teller I would not cash your check because you look like you don’t have funds in your account and you’re respond if the check bounces back .” Way to treat a customer ?

I have much respect for the company name but I have a terrible service at this location the lines are always long there’s more staff walking around and on the computers then bank tellersSome of them are struggling and there is still no response from the staff

They only have atm drive thru, absolutely no teller drive thru. Then you go inside and there’s about 11 people in line and 2 tellers. I swear it’s like I’m at the dmv. And I’ve been in like for 15 minutes and the line has not moved. Yes this branch is very nice but that does NOT MAKE UP FOR THE TIME YOU WILL SPEND HERE WAITING. The branch manager should be on this, or the district manager shoot maybe even regional….. also although they offer online banking, there’s no possible way to make a cash deposit without your debit card or get money orders without having to go into branch.

Went to schedule an appt to open an account came back and waited even past my time and they “couldn’t open an account for me” yet I went and did it myself online and I was able to. Really hope it wasn't the reason i think it was.
