I went in 2 Saturdays ago for the first time to file my taxes. I went in because they offer the option to get funds sooner. I get a call 12 days later saying my refund was reviewed and I will be getting less. My taxes hadn't even been filed. The owner then gets on the line after I expressed my frustration over this and said I didn't want to continue. She became rude and very unprofessional because I was upset about being notified 12 days later!
Stay away!! Save your money. I was paying close to 600 for them to file for me.

It's sad that I have sit outside of this office just to see when it opens up it's 10:32am and no one is here ... and it's been close since i flied my taxes..I call the irs to see what's going on and my money is ready to be pick up and no one is here ... I been a loyal customer for years never thought I had to go though this ... this will be my last time filing with this company ...

My check came in the woman who was there said make an appointment I did she wasn't there. She called me 2 weeks later and said call and make an appointment try to the next day cuz it was after hours when she called it's like 5:30 I believe her voicemails been busy ever since she never empties her voicemail it's been 2 months. There's no way you can reach anybody about this because they're rude to you if you call another office they'll say best of luck to you they're closed that's what I was told by another place. I've been going to the one on midcrown for I think four or five years till the girl Elizabeth just quit this past year she was great this new one just left me hanging put me in a financial crunch. Thanks a lot rapid tax you lost this customer. Now I just got to find out who to complain to.

Had my taxes done in 2018 here and received a letter stating that I was being audited. When I went into the office to ask for help the lady here referred me to talk to the IRS and offer no other help. This is why I pay a fee for my taxes to be done. I had to go to another company a pay a large fee for them to help fight for me. Poor customer service. Don’t go here.

!!!!!RIP OFF I Was taken advantage of Elizabeth is the one that really messed me up overcharged. And lied to and I think she has a business plan with republic bank which is were they get the refunds from soon top of the horrible service republic even sent my stimulus check back to IRS because rapid tax (Elizabeth ) never responded to emails or phone calls she is only in office 1 month out of the year otherwise good luck she does not explain anything and overcharged I highly recommend doing your own or go to a certified tax office Then she even had my spouse sign my signature I was not even in the same zip code wich I am currently seeking legal for that among other things.

really high charges around 600 just for a regular 1040 form also they promise an advance from your refund on 2 hours just to found out later that the bank declines your application. of curse you cant cancelnor do anything about it and you end loosing 600 from yor refund.

I do not recommend this location. They were very rude over the phone they didn't want to answer my questions. Thankfully I called the location on Fredericksburg and 410, they answered all of questions and I filed my taxes with the office on Fredericksburg. They have the same name but they are not associated.
