I bought a pair of pants clearly priced $22.99. THEY RANG UP $24.99. I told the cashier she called over her coworker and she refund my money. I tell I want the pants just adjust the price. She tell me she can't do that.. she has to call the manager at home. I told her never mind. So please check the prices before paying and the fitting rooms have been closed for over years. Ridiculous!!

Excellent Store & Exceptional Customer Service. I am Always Greeted when I walk in the Store. The Ladies from the Manager, Assistant Manager, and Associate are So Helpful and Very Nice. Every time I'm Needing To Shop, I come to this location. They Always have the nice outfits for my look and body style. Awesome Work!!!

They don’t have the best selection but you can definitely find a few basics such as shirts, sandals, and sunglasses.

Anna & Elaine in sales, thank you both for your sales/retail services!!Just a backstory:I walked in 25 minutes before closing and was greeted with opening-for-the-day energy. It immediately turned my terrible day around. I ultimately spent my day wallowing/trying to figure out how I’m going to drag myself through the next few hours of this dreadful day.At check out I couldn’t decide what I wanted to purchase last minute for a simple sleeping outfit and I also didn’t want to spend more time counting cash or looking through my messy purse… I decided to take an item out and the women helping me out were more than happy to rescan everything else in my purchase for me regardless of their time crunch. Their kind attitudes and positive vibes almost brought me to happy tears!! It’s the simple things, and their customer service was so outstanding. seeing their hard work ethic as they multitasked to get everything in the store done prior to closing spoke volumes to me as well because their assistance stayed 100%. They were also very informative on company policies in the case I needed an exchange/return.Thank you again Anna and Elaine. Continue to make your work environment enjoyable and a place customers want to keep returning to.

A worker named ana helped me find an outfit i was looking for she was very helpful i will recommend to others that are looking for womens clothes.This is the place to check out its small but very cheap . Also i seen some kids running around and one of them hurt themselves very badly and the mother was trying to get after the workers when actually its the parents responsibility to keep an eye on them . When they asked them to please stop running around or horse playing around their saying it for there safety.

The clothes are nice anytime of season and they usually have sales, for summer they have these nice Hawaiian type dresses, also this store doesn’t really have little kids wearAs of the date June 29, their air conditioning is out, and Rainbow Stores have always had issueswith their air systems, so it’s hot especially when you are waiting in lineCash or debit, no credit

I bought a pair of pants, I didn't put them on or measure them, because they always have the fitting rooms closed and it's not because of COVID because the employees don't bring masks, and I didn't realize that the siper was broken so they didn't want to change it for me and they were very rude

This is my favorite store the lady's are always so nice I've been to the one on ww white and it may be bigger but customer service there on ww sucks they are rude as one van be, I literally will not walk into that store ever again. I love my going to rainbow on New Braunfels, these girls know customer service
