I come to this qt a lot the hot food is delicious and I love the slushes my only complaint is sometimes my favorite slushy flavor doesn't come out of the machine even when it says ready but other than that I recommend coming here

Don’t waste your time the girl that make the food doesn’t have it together there. They get orders wrong, give customers this dumb puzzled look when a problem is presented to them. Shakes aren’t made correctly & neither are the pretzels.
Waste of gas, time & money . Go to another QT.

They offer so much more than just a regular convenience store. They have a fabulous drink station and have lots of hot food to choose from. They have roller snacks, pulled pork, BBQ sandwiches, chili, etc.

Coffee quality has gone down since opening. Nobody cleans or maintains the area. I'm often asking for creamers or refills on the beans. Today nothing was working and all employees are standing behind the counter looking at their phones instead of keeping up with the store. Seems leadership is slacking at this new location.

My family likes stopping here because it's close to us but 5 months after opening, the soda fountain has had various sodas out and they still aren't filled or replaced. On the coffee side, brand new coffee dispensers were placed but often out. Same with the cappuccino machines. On the brighter side, the donuts are great first thing in the morning and sometimes, the workers are superbjice.n

Women shouldn’t have to walk around the store and feel like a man is gonna judge them.I couldn’t tell if they were judging me or generally judging a girl they knew. Either way, speaking behind her back or to her face is so strange. Especially with your one single customer at the time being female. “Oh, she was faded” is such a red flag of a creepy man. Never hope to come to this QT location again.Employees were Sean Patrick and Jeffrey. Gossiping with a random lazy white manager. They only stopped talking so terribly about women the moment I confronted them about knowing what they were saying and knowing their names. All three should be fired.Food was fine. Employees refused to refill anything especially the lids to sauces. I came here a few hours apart and it was still empty. Usually my QT visits are awesome—but these guys reminded me of why no matter where you are, you gotta be careful who you trust—not only as a person, but also as an employee.Go gossip in the back not in front of someone just trying to buy a corn dog. ?

I guess an oil spill isn't really their biggest concern or their sense of urgency to clean it up at QT. So if it is addressed to a staff member, they won't bother cleaning it up at all.

Brand new store and they already have some lazy workers. I asked if they were going to be putting out anymore individual slices of pizza and they said they didn’t want to.
