What was supposed to be a 5 minute stop turned into 20. QT Pay doesn't work at pumps. Cashier told me to keep refreshing, after 15 minutes still didn't work. Went to a different location and had no issues. Would have been much happier if the cashier said 'it doesn't work', instead of wasting my time.

Always something not working here and they could do a better job at keeping it cleaner. Also seemingly the only QTs with out of order closed restrooms..

So they put in a new fancy coffee bar. They put a pretty tv screen up and a bunch of ice coffee...that I don't drink. And my same regular cup of coffee is now 50 cents more. Shame on QT! No more QT coffee for me in the morning. A 50 cent price increase on a regular cup of coffee is ridiculous! That's $20 more a month! Nope! I get my coffee and gas there every morning. Well, I used to. They just lost a very loyal customer. Wish I could give 0 starz due to the disappointment. Used to have amazing prices. Now its just robbery.

Men’s restroom today. , 5/11/24 , was horribly dirty and faucets do not work. Trash everywhere.Yuck!!

Yeah I keep getting slightly shortchanged by their loose sloppy tax charges - these cashier's are super busy and I think QT asks too much of them - trying to handle multiple people at once - and several cash registers, ive been over charged several times - and it's like 2 bucks, 4 bucks - and when u call to ask about it, you'll be quoted several different prices on same item; they're too much in a hurry, and I'm not blaming the employees, QT is taking in enough dough - stop over multitasking your employees - Quick Trip .. ?

Bald older gentleman working on 1/24/24 at 10:30pm was a total douche bag with his smug comments. It was raining this place was dead with me and my son being the only customers. I wanted frito pie and noticed after pumping the chili section it was out. I’m not gonna pay for an expensive bag of Fritos when there’s no chili . Many times were out of stock or broken and he could have easily been refilling or restocking but yet he was just standing around talking to the security guard. All he did was make excuses on why certain things couldn’t get done . I truly hope this wasn’t the manager because I never wanna see this rude person again! Horrible customer service ! Fix the icee machines !!
