Ms. Henny L. was one of rudest people I’ve met. I had asked for something and she acted like she was going to look for it and then went to the counter to check another customer out and came back and lied to me about not having inventory without checking. After I had to start doing her job for her by looking in the cabinets for her and she then started shouting at me from across the store after she refused to help me. Then proceeded to talk poorly about customers including me to another coworker. Overall has a very bad attitude and demeanor. She is very unprofessional and not a kind person.

$175 pre approval transaction at the pumps if your bank is out of state.
That's a pending transaction they put on your card for using the pump that goes back into your account 3 days later.
Iv never had a quicker trip back to that mf when I saw this on my bank statement.
Literaly may God have mercy on this companies soul. They have no soul. A $175 pre approval.
We can't hope they go to hell. We need to pray. Pray for this company. And pray the greed filth is abolished.

Air station never works.
$8 taco was ice cold and flavorless UNTIL I got about 3 bites of nothing but salt. Tea tasted like it was at least a week old. Very disappointing. BUT... staff is always fast and friendly.

I was under the impression that QT was supposed to be a nicer gas station but this one had the GROSSEST women’s restroom. The store was well stocked and clean enough. I came in on Sunday early afternoon. Management needs to do better. As a truck driver I’ve been to many QTs and this one did not meet up to standard!

Had a horrible coffee Sunday morning at QT on Hwy 90/ Montgomery Rd. The coffee station was A HOT MESS!4.5 out of 6 coffee stations were unserviceable. Colombian roast was out, but full on a station the was labeled brokenNormally they have 10+ various creamers but today only three and they were all the same flavor.I notified the cashier but he was full of excuses and blamed everything on the night shift.This is totally not the norm and a huge disappointment… considering coffee is a 500% profit business you’d think QT would have a designated attendant to keep this operable.Messy, dirty, Unserviceable, empty and complete Disappointment!

They advertise ice outside with a price. But when the machine is broken down, you have to go inside and pick a smaller bag and pay more money than the advertised price outside. When I spoke with management to take the price inside since they do not match their price outside, his attitude was of one that didn’t care. That’s what I call a bait and switch just to jack up the price.

Commonly out of stock, fountain, roller grill and store all included. Restrooms are clean. Hot, made to order food is great.
