Im a frequent person to this location and now im not going to be coming here anymore
How are you gonna ask a guy (hispanic) if he needs a bag for one item but not me (black) when i have two fountain drinks and 2 snacks.
The guy that was on the register at this time 12:19pm (white) needs to be evaluated and coached

Why are you no longer selling beer in the evening?! I stopped by at 8:18 pm and you have already stopped selling beer. It makes no sense. From a business perspective, you are losing money. The ID scanner says, 'due to state laws', what law?! This has now been going on for several days.

The associates at this location don't understand alcohol law in Texas. I was turned away by employees who falsely told me I wasn't legally allowed to purchase alcohol during the permitted times set by the state of Texas. Reducate staff on how to handle this. You've lost a customer
In addition to this, your iced coffee pumps are constantly empty, even during rush times in the morning.
Do better, you cost more than anyone else in the area, act like it.

Coffee cup lids are dangerous. You would think that QT would have learned from MickyD's that very hot coffee lawsuits are prevlent. They do not lock on the cup. Constantly popping off.

I love this qt because me and my brother warm tv dinners in there every day and they don't tell us anything about it they don't bother us about how long we take or what we warm cause some qt gas stations we go to they tell us we could only warn their food so I like this one the employees are nice they greet us every day sometimes even give us free drinks so that why I like this one😜😜😁😁

Lady with short hair and black glasses is rude came in to get a drink and gas just to see the drink station is overflowing with ice and used drink cups (which I can only imagine is beacuse of the fact that half the sodas are flat) for her to then look at us as if we did it and tell a customer that she better keep her mouth shut?? (Before that she had looked around the corner and saw the heaps of ice and said what the and then looked at us) Felt extremely uncomfortable after that. been to this location multiple times and usually day and night time staff are usually amazing/place is relatively clean but she honestly made us so uncomfortable I ended up going to get gas somewhere else

How does a convenience store in the middle of summer 97° outside with brand new slushie, fountain and tea machines.... At 2:30 in the afternoon on a Saturday, have absolutely no ice for sodas or teas, all the slushies are out of service out of order or not ready. As a side note, when I say brand new, they barely installed these things less than 2 weeks ago.
You have at least four people in red polos behind the counter not making any attempt at resolving the issue except for yelling at people from the center counter that everything's out of service. Like if somehow that makes sense to everybody else. Trying to get a cool drink in South Texas.
This seems like a really weird scheme to try to sell the bottled drinks and sodas and stuff in cans/bottles already for a higher price point to try to move inventory.
These are all brand new machines. This is like a McDonald's ice cream machine situation. Y'all probably should put a sign on the door. It says we have no fountain sodas of any kind shape or form. This is probably the highest frequently sold part of the store, that generates the most foot traffic hands down.
