I just want to inform anyone that if getting a refill cup of coffee do not go here they have a new system called nitro Brew hot and cold but since they have a new system of coffee you have to pay $2.80 for a refill of coffee it's ridiculous

I visit this QT for gas, drinks, and food several times a week. I really enjoy using the app. The app is very user friendly and saves me a lot of money. They have the best coupon offers of any of the gas stations. I appreciate the fresh ground coffee. I usually drink decaf and like it a little weaker so it's super simple to add extra hot water into my cup if I want too. The coffee bar is a unique feature although I try to avoid sugary drinks so I don't normally get any of those choices. I wish QT would lower the cost of plain coffee and charge a little more for the specialty choices but I'm sure that would be hard to monitor since it's self service. I really like the breakfast scramble since it's just egg, cheese and toppings. I try to avoid gluten so this is a rare fast food option for me. My children love the pizza and if you order a whole, it comes in really cool pizza boxes that transform to hold leftovers. I also recommend the delicious mini ice cream sundaes that currently only cost $1.99. All of the staff at this location are very friendly and professional which I greatly appreciate and find rare these days. I do feel like they try to keep it clean but there could be some improvement in the restrooms. The only negative thing I can say regarding this location is it has a lot of homeless people that congregate around it and I have been approached inside by a man asking for money. I'm not exactly sure what QT can do about this so it is what it is.

Love this location. It's always clean and they usually always have what I need. They just opened up a new coffee brew station with fresh hot and cold coffee on tap. Love the design and the Mocha latte was DELICIOUS!

Sadly, the quality of service has deteriorated at QuikTrip as more locations have opened. I normally would not spend more than is necessary. I had made an exception for QT. Although overpriced compared to their competitors, it was the little things that made it stand out. The friendly greeting when you walk in, the cashiers that would check out customers simultaneously to minimize wait, and one of the flagship items was the convenience of 24-hour restroom access. When you're on the road at all hours, there is nothing more reassuring that knowing no matter what, if nature called, there was a clean restroom nearby at any QT regardless of the time of day. Now, the one thing that sets QT apart from all the other run of the mill gas stations is gone as well. I have noticed that more and more locations have implemented closing the restrooms from 11pm to 5am. I'm not sure if this is due to staffing shortages or just plain laziness. What I do know is that for me, this what some might call a minor change is huge. In my mind, any competitive edge that QT had is gone. Now, they are simply a slightly overpriced version of any generic gas station. So now the quest begins again to find that unique place that sets itself apart from everyone else. Goodbye QT, and know that IT IS YOU and NOT ME that led to this breakup.
