Earlier today sometime in the afternoon while traveling back home from a great Harley Davidson ride with my friend we stopped here. We had eaten lunch earlier and I started to feel ill. I made it to the RR where I had a medical emergency. My friend is a male thus didn’t come into the RR with me. God sent an angel! I believe she was an employee there but I. Not sure. I was able to mumble ma’am I’m having a medical emergency call Anthony outside. They found him for me and came back. The employees got water for me and I called 911. I just wanted to say thank you to whoever the young lady or ladies were who helped me and guarded the door while other customers came in and out. This was “not your job” but I can’t thank you enough for your kindness and compassion. I couldn’t open my eyes or even move. EMS rushed me to the hospital and it was determined I was having an anaphylactic shock/reaction to something that remains unknown. I apologize for any mess left behind but the puddle on the floor was actually sweat. Please thank the people who helped me. God bless you.

Christopher was really rude, I walked in with my bf and my bf was getting a vape he proceeded to ask for both IDs when I didn’t even talk to him once and started to get mad and raise his voice. I didn’t know you needed to see someone’s ID when they don’t ask for anything…

Beware of the cup trolls. This cashier harassed us about paying for a small cup. We bought a slush and was trying to split it between our 2 kids, she demanded we pay for the extra cup, grow up, it was just a little cup. We paid for the cup and left but just know they are trolls.

Murlin was just rude. Given the number (6) of abandoned cups, it was obvious that they were out of Diet Coke for a long while. When I pointed this out, Murlin told me it would be a 'couple of minutes', started whining about how busy they are (6 customers in store, 5 employees, 4 cars at the pumps), and did not seem to understand that his attitude was costing them sales and goodwill. Appreciate the free air, though.

Be careful of Tiny Johnny going on a power trip. He wouldn’t let two visibly grown adults buy alcohol even though one had present id available, lack of customer service at this location is a outlier of usual QT satisfaction, I see why they’re deserving of the 3.6 average

I wouldn’t give no stars to this location. Your crew members are rude. The little boy with the dreadlocks likes to give attitude and roll his eyes and can’t use his words or do his job right. And I love QT but this location is the worst. With that kid working there rolling his eyes and what not may not roll with a lot of people watch him roll his eyes and give attitude to the wrong person and ur crew member just brought heat to the store in which he just involved all the other crew members lives. Crew that disrespect customers shouldn’t have a job because they endanger other people lives. I will be taking it to the CEO of the company
