I just came into the qt to get my lottery cashed out and they told me they can’t do it , which informing me that they could but didn’t want too , it’s literally a 10$ ticket and I was just trying to get the cash when the machine was working perfectly fine but somehow wont do my lottery I asked the clerk twice why they can’t and all he said was the girl behind him told him he can’t ! Not really a great excuse !!!

I go to this QT very often and my experience has honestly improved since the red head lady started working there. in the past few weeks the store seems cleaner and more upheld. i feel very sorry for the people who don’t understand how sweet and polite she is because i’ve never had anything less than an amazing experience when chatting with her.

So, I just came into one of my favorite gas station and and I wanted to see if the cashier (who was so rude) could exchanged my coins (that already counted) and she immediately said “im not going to count that” with a super RUDE tone and it was weird because I have a little accent (english is not my first language) so I figured she was mean to me and racist.
All the quicktrips I have gone, they are always super nice just this one.

This is a fantastic location my family and I love stopping here, but the last three visits have been not their usual stellar performance. Last week my pizza was incredibly burnt it should never have been boxed up and sent out and they forgot the olives on it. And the visit before that they mixed up mine and my girlfriend’s orders they actually fully swapped our orders and left half of the items off and forgot our sauces. And today I just wanted to bring the fact that the steak and cheese taquitos have a bit of spice to them to someone who does not expect the spice or handle spice well. I just mentioned to the cashier that they were spicy to me and he shrugged and said “well they’re not spicy to me” all I was suggesting was that you maybe label them as spicy. Or a warning that all roller grill items may have a bit of spice to them.
