As many QT stores that I have gone to, I was 💯 % disappointed in this one..
I came in to get a Drink and Chips, When I got to the Registrar I let the young many know before ringing me up that I would like to get cash back, he said okay, he then rang me up and gave me my total less the $20.00 dollars cash back that I asked for, then he said My Bad and then he rang up a tootsie Roll for 20 cents and did a $20.00 dollar cash back sell.
I then said it cost me .20 cents to get my $20.00 dollars that I asked for, he said No, I charged you for the .20 cents so I could open the register for you cash back.
Then he said do you want to Tootsie roll..
SMH as I was walking out and said NO... that was a rip off.

I went in with my wife to purchase Vuse pens and asked for two. The clerk told me it was against the law to buy more than one, but I later checked and found no such law. If this was simply store policy, I could have respected that, but it was misrepresented as law. I then asked my wife to purchase her own. At first the clerk seemed fine with that, but then changed his mind and said, “nah, see I can’t — I mean, if y’all wanna pay my bills, pay my car payment, pay my rent…”
None of that was necessary. A simple, professional explanation of the policy would have been enough. The one star is for how the clerk chose to handle the situation.

Please be careful when getting Quiktrips sweet tea! Took one sip and discovered it was Sour with mold growing in the Machines and pouring into the cups, me and my son got violently sick. do better! Management was kind, but didn’t offer a refund just another drink and unfortunately, we don’t trust their machines anymore.

The QT staff is very lazy, and liar speak. 05:59 a.m 07/28/24. I Wating to start finished the clean restroom. First, she said 10 and turned to 15 and to 20. She continues slowly, slowly walking inside the store and not starting to clean the restroom. Lazy , liar, and ugly soul. Best never and ever stop it at Lazy QUIKTRIP.
