I love the registration online. It is so easy to set up an appointment. There is literally no wait time when you schedule an appointment. The staff is very friendly.

This location is completely lacking HUMAN interaction when there is an issue with a work order. Completely unacceptable with no human interaction. There's been an issue with a work order from the Dr's office. NO HUMAN can be reached at this location and their customer service and corporate is completely clueless. I get told I'll send them an email to this office and have them get in touch with your Dr's office. Was informed give it 1 - 3 business days. I stated, i'll give it until Wednesday and no answer I will go to the office and get someone on the phone to speak with the Dr office to get this issue corrected

Parents take your kids somewhere else! This place discriminates against fellow single parents especially if you have more than one child to get blood work for. They expect you to leave your very small children unsupervised with a new rule they created where only one child and one parent can go back leaving other minor children unattended. Scary! ? Would they do that to their own minor children highly doubt it!

I came in so scared to get my blood drawn due to poor past experiences. Dawn was amazing! She put my fears to rest and was so sweet the entire time. Definitely recommend her!

I rarely do reviews but I had an AMAZING phlebotomist named Veronica at the WestOver Hill location in San Antonio Texas. My 14 year old son has a phobia to needles. We’ve tried over a year to give him a shot at multiple places with multiple people. Yesterday, he finally did it. Veronica was patient, understanding, and reassuring. She went above and beyond to make my son comfortable and walk him through his phobia. She is phenomenal. Please let her know we thank her and appreciate her time and efforts. The last time we went they kicked my son out because he was too scared. I explained to them he has a phobia (he’s currently in therapy for this) and he’s a child they didn’t listen and we had a horrible experience. She was very considerate of his situation. Just know after a year of going through fighting with my son to get a shot, you guys are extremely lucky to have such a caring and passionate employee.

Do not follow the directions link they text you!! That link sends you to an empty building on the opposite side of 151. Instead, use Google maps. Once you arrive, Park on the side facing the highway labeled as building I. After that, it’s easy to find. Just a little walk. Also there is a greeter at the entrance who can help.
Once you’re at quest, everything moves smoothly. The employees are kind and efficient. Very professional.

My blood taker was outstanding!!! The place was clean. Everyone was professional. Ten minutes total time, electronic check in to completion.

despite having an appointment and arriving 10 minutes early I was called in 15 minutes after my appointment. NOT at huge amount of time, but frustrating none the less.
Phlebotomist was GREAT.

Self check in was fast and easy. Arrived 3 minutes before my appointment and was seen about 15 min after. Walk in available but definitely recommend making appointment. Internet was working so lucky for me I didn’t get turned away for not bringing Doctor’s orders with me.

They sent me an address when I made the appointment. That address took me to an empty building. By the time I found the actual location I was late (obviously) and they automatically canceled my appointment and since everything is automated there was no one to explain the situation to. Additionally the parking lot is extremely crowded and takes forever to find an empty spot. The office is deep inside the building, quite a walk from the front door too. Plan plenty of time to navigate all that or just go to the Bandera and 1604 location. That one is great.
