After receiving a text to check-in online, followed by checking-in at the kiosk when I arrived, I never appeared in the system. Even after the tech re-entered my info at the kiosk, I never appeared in the system. Even after providing my confirmation number, I never appeared in the system. Even after showing the text with the date, location and appointment time, I never appeared in the system. Fortunately, my appointment was early and I was seen as a walk-in. When leaving, I asked how such a snafu could be avoided in the future. The response? "You can't check-in with the person at the desk; they can only help enter your info at the kiosk." Seriously? I need to wait till there's a problem to see if I'm in the system (because I can't check-in with the person sitting right at the desk) and I can NEVER get a live voice on the phone?? (I tried every option. Nada.) I thought the online reviews were snide comments from people who couldn't jump to the front of the line as walk-ins. Joke's on me! The auto-scheduling via phone is obviously not communicating with the system, and there is NO ONE to handle the situation until AFTER a problem has occurred. The location is super convenient but the setup stinks.

My daughter had appointments at this location, we were late due to finding the building and parking. When I went to receptionist she said you missed your appointments, we are closing at 12. I requested to see if she can squeeze me in since I was there. She said make a appointment, I needed some some assistance. I asked receptionist Maria G. if she can help. she answered the door is right there. She was very rude..no one should be treated like that, not everyone knows how to do things if they are doing it first time. Worst experience from Maria G.

The technician slipped and stabbed the arm I told her not to use, had to poke me twice, and I was charged almost $200 for what should have been a free visit.

Would have helped if information to me included that Quest was in the Atrium Bldg. GPS did not give adequate directions to get there. Needed to stop and ask at the other bldg.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. We went to this location because my ONE year old is sick and we had orders to drop off a specimen. We went in and nobody was helpful. We waited 20 minutes and asked kindly when we would be helped after already checking in at the kiosk. The lady would not help us, she would not give us her name. She literally covered up her name badge so that we couldn’t complain about her specifically. Sounds like she has been a problem before. She was very rude and very unprofessional. I tried getting a hold of customer service so that I could speak to a manager and they were all unavailable. I just can’t believe you are in health care and you can’t even be bothered to help someone with their sick child. How hard is it to receive a specimen? I am very upset. I will be calling again to speak to someone and hope this is rectified.

made my appointment and emailed over the order, drove all the way over their and then they called the dr office where the order came from and asked for a fax machine number. And because the dr office has stepped into the 21 century, they do not have a fax. the lady said there was no other way and I left with no services. My advice is to skip over this place with their dinosaur equipment and look for a lab that has better accommodations

I scheduled my appointment on my phone, clicked the "I'm here" button on my phone, and before I could sit down and open my book they were calling my name. Great Experience!

I made the appt online we arrived and I emailed them the doctors order that the doctor had provided for me. My 9 years daughter was hesitant about it but they were great with her. Only had to stick her once we were out of there in 10 minutes and the thing that too the longest was providing health insurance. The actually blood work took maybe 2 minutes. I highly recommend this location.

Don’t ever waste your time coming to this location. First of all it’s inside a hospital. Signage? Directions? Clear instruction to get there? Forget it. You’re on your own. Arrived 20 minutes before appointment, took me 30 to find the suite. Told nurse at front my issue she told she couldn’t honor my appointment because I was more than 10 minutes late. Had to reschedule as a walk in. Next appointment was 1:10 PM. Not a soul in the waiting room. 5 nurses 2 patients and you can’t honor my time because I got lost in the giant maze that is this hospital. Fix your signage make it easier for people to find. Unreal. Never coming here again.

Super hard place to find... wait time was okay... but when I got my blood drawn, the nurse hurt me... I usually don't complain about pain, but this one hurt... then I left and my arm was a little bruised, I wasn't too concerned... until the following day... mind u, in my 34 years, I have never bruised like this! Never coming to this location ever again!

I hate quest. They went to appointments only and although I signed in at 7:30 and waited there my appointment time wasn’t until 10. I told them I couldn’t fast until 10 because I’m hypoglycemic. They said oh ok you can wait and if we can see you sooner we will. How does that help me? I can’t fast until 10!!!! They said that’s not their problem ??♀️??♀️Maybe not but it will be when I pass out on your floor. What happened to labs where it’s first come first serve?!

I just want to thank Lizbeth at quest for being so patient and caring when I almost passed out after blood word. She kept and straight face and a calming voice. She escorted me to the back bed and lifted my legs and put my belongings by me. I’m very thankful she was technician today.
