Not very clean but techs are nice. Few people make appts then get mad one goes ahead of them.

Convenient location and the staff get you in and out quickly. The folks that draw the blood are always friendly and they know how to do it properly.

If I could give them a -5 I would. I called the quest hotline and someone told me I could 10% payment of the total amount and the rest in payments and apparently I was lied that I have to pay the total amount. Don’t waste your time or your money with this greedy company. If you have your order form, go to Robert B green hospital and you will pay so little or they can actually bill you. Thank me later!

These people are lame they definitely don't know what going above and beyond means woohoo I bet they all get paid the minimum amount per position here. just don't do it. it's just going to irritate you and piss you off..( no pun intended). because you would think that they would have a location over by the medical center so that you could drop your speciman off, But no they don't they put it on bandera and 410 one of the most congested areas in town. Only one other one out of 20 open at 5:00 the rest closed before 430. Then when you get here at almost 5:00 and you're thinking oh I just barely made it I can go drop off my piss and go home. No, u can't because you need to make an appointment to drop off pee. I get it, I get it. it's a little bit too much for their little brains to handle. "You will have to come back tomorrow". No lady that's where you're wrong I don't have to come back here and I won't. Told them they suck thru the glass and waved with my middle finger . Funny thing is they actually looked surprised .

Not understanding where the negative comments are coming from. But, they gave me some of the best customer service I experienced in San Antonio. I was in and out, and everyone was friendly.

I was a bit hesitant at first due to some negative reviews, however I decided to try them out for myself and wasn't disappointed. I recommend setting your appointment up online, it is hassle free. You can provide your insurance information or whatever you have. They'll send a confirmation email for your appointment. The day before or of you will get a text message to check in and everything. I had zero issues with anything. The staff was great and I was in and out of there rather quickly.

They likely do a LOT of lab work. They have a process to follow. When I visited for biomed screening, I asked for a minor accommodation (to do blood pressure last due to my white coat syndrome), I was told no, they have to do things in a certain order. Whaa? Otherwise not bad.

Patty was extremely rude. I was a walk in like I have done for many years. She informed me that it would be 4 hours. I put my name on the listI was number 2 they called the person ahead of me but the person had left, instead of calling the next person they didn't call anyone else .f5

I went into Quest after leaving a previous appointment at LabCorp which is where I prefer to have all my labs done. However, the mobile app is really easy to schedule, reschedule, and check in for my appointment. It appears as though I will also be able to easily view my labs just as I can with LabCorp.

Had an excellent time.Appointment was for 4:10, arrived at 4:11, was done with the bloodwork and on my way at 4:30.A lot of the bad reviews I can only imagine are from walk-in appointments. The lady who drew my blood was very nice and answered any questions I had.I'd go back again and again if needed.

Would give it 10 stars, if I could. Absolutely, the most efficient medical/testing office that I have ever been. Just schedule the appointment through the app and sign in on the screen when you get there. I have been called exactly the time I get there, each time. I am in and out of there in 8-10 minutes. Workers have always been very friendly. Even though, they say it takes a few days to get the results, I received the results on my app the very next morning. I will keep going there.

***READ BEFORE SHOWING UP***1. They depend on the computer system. They cannot edit, cancel, replace you for someone else. They have no access to the appointment you scheduled. So if you show up only show up at your appointment.2. ***What they won’t tell you***IF you’re a Walk-In/Standby and you go into the office, you’re going to check into a computer machine(not a receptionist),SO if you’re given three digits like “105” by the system. The system will say you’re scheduled, but YOURE NOT, and the ladies here don’t care to help you. SOLUTION: fill out the machine again and schedule yourself as standby make sure your name pops up on the TV screen, that’s how you know it was scheduled.Otherwise, you’ll be sitting waiting for hours and never be seen.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION EVER

Very rude, unprofessional employees who don't care about anything including their operating hours.Unfortunately companies are obligated to use these clowns. Come on people you can do better.
