Had a 9:40am appt, entered the waiting room at 9:35am and checked-in. Took my earbud out of its case, opened up my YouTube app, a door opened and my name was called. I'm done and exiting at 9:48am. Awesome staff, professional and efficient.

I had a great experience getting some blood test done at this Quest Diagnostics location! They accept walk-ins, but I highly recommend making an appointment through their automated phone assistant. It only takes a few minutes to make it but it makes a huge difference when you visit QD. This specific location is located on the third floor, across from the Methodist Hospital Metropolitan. As you enter their office, they have an electronic check-in where you'll need to scan your ID and insurance card. I was so happy to have made an appointment because even though there were 10 other people waiting, I was the first one they called after I checked in. The staff that helped me was really nice and we went over all the tests that I needed done and made sure everything was correct. The whole procedure was absolutely painless and got out of there really quick. I am definitely going to be coming back to this location for any future tests.

I scheduled an appointment with Quest online. This is the location I picked & the time that I selected was 12:40. I came here and went on the elevator to thr 4th floor and the door says closed from 12-1. How are you going to schedule me at 12:40 but be closed? This makes absolutely NO SENSE. Im very irritated because this is so unprofessional! Im literally sitting down right next to this locked door waiting when my appointment is at 12:40. Please fix this problem. Some of us HAVE LIVES.

I made an appointment to drop of a stool test. First it’s ridiculous that i have to make an appointment just to drop of something, second, I was called in half hour after my appointment. One of the stool samples had to be frozen so by the time I drove to this office and waited, I don’t think that sample was frozen anymore. I will never use Quest again.

I had to get labs done and just went to the nearest Quest, as I've had fine experiences with them before. I scheduled an appointment, showed up on time, and still waited 20-30 minutes in the waiting room. It seemed like they were only seeing one person at a time and when it was finally my turn the guy who drew my blood didn't get the needle all the way in the vein, so I just bled internally until he was done. It's been 4 days and I still have a massive and painful bruise on my arm. Definitely will not be going back to that location.

Horrible wait times, no communication. If you schedule an appointment be prepared to see many standby patients go before you.

Jeesh- these guys aren't very nice They seem just PO'd to have to do their job. When I came to pick up my sample, they'd changed their hours to close a half hour earlier than what was printed out on my Quest Diagnostics location list sheet that the doctors gave me. It could've cost them a penny or two to print out a new sheet with the new, shortened hours. Instead, I show up, find parking, pay for it, head up to the 4th floor, only to find that they wanted to go home early and didn't bother to print out a new sheet with their new hours for patients. When I came by to drop off the sample, they were none too pleasant to work with. I told them that the sample wasn't mine, I was just dropping it off, along with the necessary paperwork. "Where's their driver's license?" They asked me. "I'm not here with a driver's license, I'm here with the sample." They made me check in on some iPad, even though I was the only one there. It also wanted someone else's drivers license in order to give them a sample. I didn't have the driver's license. They said that they wanted several, several, several hundred dollars more than I was expecting, which I scoffed at, and left without getting my sample tested. I'm going to LabCorp instead.

Service was amazing, friendly, patient, fast and easy. I was a walk in because I couldn’t make it during the week because of work. There is no front desk person because they have a little kiosk to check in at which makes it super easy, you just need your id and insurance card if your using insurance. Appointments take priority over walk ins however it didn’t appear that busy when I went, so I was called pretty quickly. Rudy took my blood and I was explaining I’m not good with my blood being drawn, he was super patient very friendly and bubbly. Another medical professional name Dawn overheard and came but and held my hand while he drew my blood. She was so kind and explained she is the same way. Excellent staff here, very professional, patient, kind and friendly. Thank you Rudy and Dawn!

Had to walk out today people were complaining about the attitude of the people working there not calling persons that had been waiting for a long time I've been there several times but this one man that has done my blood work is so rude doesn't say much I'm going to try another location don't recommend this location ?

Been to so many Quest Labs....most are good...but this location was terrific! Louie ROCKED...experienced and quick. This will be my lab from now on!

Early morning Saturday visit. Very organized and friendly staff. One of the staff explained why those were going in fast. Took me longer to park than get blood drawn.

Today we signed my partner up for an appointment. They said they couldn’t print his form out and we had to leave to get it printed out. We waited an hour when this happened. The pharmacy in the lobby was kind enough to print it out for us.I witnessed them be so cold to another man who checked in at his time but the iPad got stuck. He tried telling the people but they said it’s already 10 minutes passed so he couldn’t get his appointment time. They didn’t want to hear anything about the iPad messing up. They simply acted like they could not be bothered.What I witnessed in one our was rude and mean. People need to go to a different place then this one.
