I brought in my old wind-up Timex military issued watch from the 1980’s which had not worked for at least 20 years. Others told me it could not be repaired. But Malek repaired it for me. It works perfect now. Thank you!

Wow just wow! I just got engaged in March and he had got it resized (bigger) and the shank broke a week ago. We went to the original jeweler who quoted us $400 to re-do the ring which was shocking. But we saw some great reviews about Q-Sterling and decided to try it out. They reshanked the ring and did an amazing job. They quoted just shy of $200 and stuck to their word! Said it would be about a 4-5 day turn around which was fine with us but had it done in 3 days! Think we found a new jeweler! Highly recommend coming here for your ring needs!

Farid and his team are amazing! My watch repair was performed with great care and precision. Ring sizing was perfect. The level of communication is as you'd expect and the work was completed on time. I usually go to them for jewelry repair or watch battery replacement, but this last time I had my wedding (engagement ring) re-done. I wanted a different setting. I showed them the ring I wanted that I'd seen on the internet and they completely knocked it out of the park! Couldn't be more happy with my ring!!! Highly recommend!

The guys at Q Sterling are so great. They completely refurbished the stones in my engagement ring and made the most beautiful, sparkly eternity ring for us…really, really lovely and creative. We will never go any place else!

This place is impossible to find based on the directions given by Google and Waze. Not to mention, one of the workers at the store was difficult in giving directions. Would be a good experience if you can find the place

This is the best jewelry and watch repair shop in San Antonio! They have the best prices in town for jewelry as well as watch polishing/sizing/repair. The owner is a great person, very honest and cares about his customers. Everything is very reasonably priced and they don't overcharge for their products & services like every other store.I had my Tag Heuer polished here and then I decided I wanted a brushed finish instead of polished, and he brushed it the next day free of charge! Best place in town hands down.

Thank you, Fred! I went to look for a simple sterling silver band to use as my wedding band during an international trip. I'd rather not take my diamond wedding ring on trips. Fred was so helpful with finding the perfect ring for me and even polished it nicely. Even though my purchase wasn't huge, he listened and took the time to treat me kindly and professionally. Q-Sterling delivered! Brought my mother’s vintage Hamilton Ladies watch in for repair and her gold bracket in. Repairs for both were done at a fair price with quality workmanship. I’ll be back for future repairs. Excellent service!
