I remember when we came to their first location years ago. the owners had such a warm and friendly demeanor. Now, they are just the same as we remembered. We were so touched when the owner remembered us! So easy to talk to and always gracious to all his customers. Trade-in values are always top value! Their selections of figures, collectibles, trading cards, video games, and more are always fun to browse through. I will support these nice loving folks.

It's a great little shop with a big heart! They have excellent talent visit for signings, and they take great care of their customers! The owner and his wife and staff are knowledgeable and kind. It's definitely worth a visit or several

My daughter's friends have been telling her how great this store is and she's been begging to go. I finally take her and she went in to go see what the hypes about. She came out very happy to tell me all the cool stuff she wanted. An employee had followed her out the building to the car and accused her of stealing a bookmark. Once he saw it was the business cards he said nevermind and left back inside. My daughter was so sad they accused her of being a thief. This store is NOT "pure joy" at all don't waste your time coming here. It was our first time here and definitely the LAST.

Got a free bag for teacher appreciation, inside employees were nice and welcoming. My daughter loved the pokémon items they had in store.

Awesome place and friendly staff! It's a professional but also laid back type of vibe - you can chat openly and geek out about anime/gaming/cards/etc. They just moved locations to Bandera and the store is HUGE compared to their old location! Looking forward to see how they expand. Wish them further success. Owner is a super nice guy (you'll notice him right away with the big beard!) and he'll remember who you are and accommodate you to the best of his ability.
He also told us about their plans to have like gaming nights, trade days, anime watching days, etc. Seriously, go check this place out. Excellent stop for Pokemon cards, Funko Pops, etc.
