They were so friendly even though it was the day before a big storm and they were INCREDIBLY busy. They had someone helping to direct traffic bc of how many people they had lined up. Despite the wait times (gas is compressed for safety, so it slow to refill containers) the staff was kind and helpful.

After yesterday’s experience I won’t be back, employee kept pushing and pushing to argue over something he was wrong about so I finally left because he wanted to argue instead of ringing up my purchase. I walked out without a word and drove to another propane place in Helotes. It may have cost a little more but they also had the exact hose I was told would blow up my house by the argumentative person at Propane Depot. I also apologize to the young man who filled the new propane tank that I didn’t purchase at Propane Depot.

Just been there nice friendly helpful people, lot quicker than hanging round waiting for an assistant to turn up at a big box store. Filled up 3 tanks for about $30 compared to a $20 exchange

Have to concur with a previous review:Fair pricing and outstanding service!!A quality propane gas company!!(Read further for the more detailed experience)The regular propane service company for this property were experiencing some mechanical issues which prevented them from being able to schedule for the empty tank at this property on short notice... it would have been a 2-day wait for service.I called Propane Depot on 12/19 to request a delivery timeline and was scheduled for delivery the same day. It seems the owner had taken my incoming call and he certainly portrayed friendly and professional courtesy during the call. He made me aware of their rates and that a leak test would be required since the tank was at 0%. I asked a couple of question and then he noted some info to establish an account for the property and bada-bing, the entire call process lasted four minutes..Within a couple of hours the driver (Jeremy) arrived. He filled the propane order, performed a leak test, listed & checked any/all appliances that are running on gas (relighting one pilot light during the process). He was also very professional and courteous... knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions throughout the delivery & leak test process.

Drive up, drive out fast and easy can't really compare pricing since it's a new propane tank for me, but they reveal any size tank

No frills, just excellent service. The crew here at the Propane Depot are knowledgeable, skilled and friendly. They re-certified my propane tanks quickly.

More than 5 stars!! Rob is Hank Hill! He knows everything you need to know about propane. Went in with a last hope for help. Rob went above and beyond helping. Answered every question. They have a life long customer now. Not only do they fill propane, they have parts for any repair need.

If your propane tank is low, but not empty, they still charge as if it were empty. That's like going to get gas at a gas station and you have half tank, but they charge for full tank. One and done.
