“We did not have any problems with this uhaul location. The owner was supper nice when we returned the truck.
We did have hudge issues with uhuals customer service! They left us stranded at 3 am on the lot trying to figure out our rental for an hour. This had nothing to do with the owner. I know next time to call ahead and make sure everything is ready to go and not just rely on what uhaul says. They also offered compensation and nothing has been done yet.”

“Had issues at first with accepting my temporary license and debit card despite the app saying both were acceptable but was able to find a friend who would be the driver and use their credit card for the transaction. Otherwise the staff was friendly and helpful and overall the process of reserving and picking up was very easy.”

Unfortunately, she had a lot of water damage to her things, and it was definitely a disappointing and difficult situation. He quickly afforded assistance and called mngmnt to get the number for her insurance claim. He was kind, prompt, and definitely put my concerns to rest! AWESOME EMPLOYEE!!!”
